Holiday rentals with beach access in Karabağlar

Ms. Fusun, the best host I have encountered, extremely thoughtful, very meticulous cleaning was perfect, I felt like I was in my own home, the sheets and pillows were all ironed, I was like in the hotel, most things were never used, the view was the sea from everywhere, we were lucky to come across such a house, we were always with us for every need, we collected everything from the garden, very polite lady, we stayed during the holiday, she offered us handmade jam and chocolate for us, we never wanted to go, our only regret, we wish we had bought a longer stay, and we were sorry to go, from the rare airbnb houses applied according to all the rules of the fire regulations to the vehicle registration, it was perfect for Ms. Fusun. Thank you so much for everything, we will stay again. 🙏🏻🥰❤️

It was my third Airbnb experience and I had no problems for the first time. It was clean and peaceful, the house has a unique aura. The elevator is behind 2 streets, on the ground floor in old Izmir, but you can see other houses downhill from the balcony. Ms. Ipeknur has put all the necessary equipment in the house, thank you very much

The house was well prepared. All needs have been taken into account. Everything I thought was missing was more than enough. The apartment is very old but the house is decorated very authentically. We had a great time for 2 days. The host was very helpful, thank you. I think I will choose it again. Those who will go with their own vehicle can rest assured, the house is not on the street, but there is a parking lot nearby.

Guests will need to take precautions against mosquitoes to be more comfortable on the balcony and inside at night. We are very satisfied with our stay. Thank you.

Amazing place, location, and host

Mr. Burak is very friendly. He is helpful and kind. The location of the house is close to the stops, there are plenty of grocery stores and restaurants. We encountered a house as in the photos. It was clean and tidy. It had all the supplies and spares. Just due to the building, the sound insulation is a little insufficient. Other than that, everything was beautiful.

Mrs. Güliz and her assistant were very interested. Everything we needed was carefully thought out, the house was clean. The house was in the same location as specified. Ms. Güliz shared with us the routes that can be visited with a very detailed information note before the accommodation. As mentioned in the previous comments, we did not encounter a dog problem. If you are an animal lover, there is no situation in which you will have problems in this regard.

We fit 9 people comfortably. All the beds were comfortable and clean. Mr. Mustafa is also very caring and understanding. The location of the house is already very close to all the stops, you can easily walk around. Thank you so much for everything.

We fell in love, hoping to come always

In addition to being a house decorated with nice and quality materials, there was none in the house. There are kitchen utensils that meet all the needs and also has a garden that will have a very pleasant time, the house is also a 10-minute walk from Mimoza and Bodrum beaches. We would also like to thank Mr. Osman for his interest and quick replies.

I recently stayed in Özerk's apartment and was very satisfied. The apartment is ideally located in a quiet neighborhood but close to attractions and public transport. It is spacious, clean, modernly furnished and fully equipped. Özerk was a great host, very communicative and helpful, and made sure we felt at home. Additional amenities such as fast WiFi, a smart TV and basic necessities made the stay even more pleasant. The value for money was excellent. I can highly recommend Özerk's apartment and will definitely stay here again on a next visit.

The apartment is in Hatay which is ten minutes from Izmir center by metro. Beautiful view of the Aegean Sea from the balcony. The bed is very comfortable and the shower has good pressure.

Host is very caring, friendly and helpful. He also provided environmental referrals. The interior of the house was impeccable, everything we needed was available at home. The products were very high quality and clean. The location was very close to the center, we had access to everywhere on foot. We plan to go back in the summer.
