Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Karabağlar

The description of the guests' favorite is absolutely true... We changed our holiday date and rented the house and had a very nice holiday experience. The house was completely as described and as in the photos, it was quite authentic and clean. It was a very nice house consisting of 2 large rooms, a living room, a toilet and a kitchen, where 2 couples could easily stay, with their own toilet and bathroom. We enjoyed the cherry liqueur our host left for us while sitting in the courtyard in the evening... Our hosts were also very hospitable, they answered all our questions quickly and with interest... Thank you very much.

First of all, Nina…. she may be the sweetest dog I've ever seen… we hardly left her… The house is great, especially the patio is very enjoyable. All the amenities are available inside, we didn't even go out for a few evenings, we just sat and enjoyed. The projection in the bedroom is a very nice idea, it creates a great ambiance. I have no other comments to make, we will meet again in July :) We are pleased to know that Mr. Ali's communication is very good, and we are glad that we chose this place.

It was a wonderful experience. It is a great comfort to leave the kitchen and swim in the sea for a holiday with children. We found all the equipment my baby, who started eating solid food, needed in the kitchen.

We stayed for the first time, but it will never be the last. If you want me to rest your head and be affordable, you can choose. Ms. Ece responded to all our questions at any time. We did not have any problems with the pool, it had a temperature of 25 degrees when the weather was 6 degrees. You can safely choose

We did not have any problems except for the occasional power outage. It has a very pleasant terrace and a spacious living room. Ideal for 3 couples or 6 people. Having a microphone and speaker for karaoke made our stay very enjoyable.

The location is 800 meters from the sea, there are markets on the beach and a bakery, etc. 3 km away, a quiet and peaceful house, I recommend it to everyone

We spent a pleasant weekend in this beautiful house where we stayed with our friends. Ms. Özlem is very thoughtful, she never lacked interest from the beginning to the end of the process. The house is thoughtfully decorated, with everything you need. Don't think about it for a delightful stay. You will be satisfied with the village of Barbaros, where you can have a peaceful environment and plenty of nature walks. Thank you again, see you again.

Our brother Uğur greeted us at the first entrance to the house. We are a very understanding and friendly brother. We felt like we came to our family friend's house with very warm and absolutely sharp rules like a host family, we thank him very much. After that, I will definitely spend the summer here, the house is immaculately clean, Mr. Uğur helped us with whatever we wanted. The hosts live downstairs, they took good care of us from check-in to checkout. We were able to get a quick response to our questions. The garden is very well maintained and pleasant. We were able to take advantage of all the facilities in the garden. The house is sparkling clean. We stayed 4 people, but it is a large house, even 6 people can stay comfortably. It is a great advantage to have 2 bathrooms. The only negative is the sound of traffic to the front room when the window is open. A house we would want to stay in again if we go to Urla again.

The location and sea view of the house were very satisfying, clean and tidy and had quite enough heating for those who would stay in the winter. The house is heated by natural gas and fireplace, and the fireplace and sea views make this house stand out from other houses. The house is in a decent neighborhood and the shop owners around know the artisan. The residents are not disturbing people, the apartment is generally quiet and peaceful. I recommend it as a Tourist.

I rented this place for a 3-day family trip to Izmir. The host was very attentive, promptly answering every question we asked. The location of the house is in one of Izmir's most beautiful and enjoyable areas. The interior of the house was very clean, making us feel right at home. We were very pleased.

We enjoyed our time at Mehmets house and can recommend it.

Nurten and her husband were beyind kind and always checked in to see if we needed anything. Their home is situated on a pristine piece of property, that reminded me of a painting, the artists used every color available to bring life to their garden, while complimenting the breathtaking view. Mordogan translated means purple birth, referencing the sky and we witnessed quite a few from this lovely property. The home, was clean and had everything we needed, plus some things we hadn't thought of. The kitchen didn't leave us in despair, like so many other places that had us buying extras. If anything had been missing, I had no doubt Nurten would of come to the rescue. The beach and town are walkable if you are an avid walker, if not a taxi is within a phone call away. The town is full of cafes and eateries. My family and I will miss being there and hope to visit again someday.

We had a great time in Avignon. We were very well hosted and the house is perfect for a family! The proximity to the center of Urla is a plus! See you soon!

The place was very nice and comfortable to stay in. A bit out of town but overrall close enough to many restaurants and shops. The heated pool was just perfect, especially with the cold weather in the mornings and the nights. Also having Emre living close by the airbnb was extremely helpful for us.

Everything was very nice, the interest and closeness of the hosts made us feel like we were in our own home. The house facilities are also quite sufficient, especially the 3 bathrooms and the garden was very comfortable. The site has its own beach, but the showers and toilets were not open when we went, so we couldn't use it, but it was within walking distance of the house, and it was quite clean and enjoyable. A pleasant location where you can go as a family, very close to Alaçatı and Çeşme, we were very pleased :)

Aylin is a great host! The house is beautiful and located in a cozy village some minutes away from the beach by car. Aylin took care of us and supported us throughout the trip. We totally recommend staying at Aylin’s place!

I had a wonderful 2 days with my family. In the enormous cleanliness, everything you can think of, from the kitchen to the finest detail, is available at home. We were very happy, it was really a beautiful, peaceful place in touch with nature. Mr. Bulent responds very quickly if you have any questions. We will definitely return for peaceful rest.
