Our guests highly appreciate the central and yet so quiet location of the apartment. The valley station of the cable car to Maiskogel and Kitzsteinhorn, the ski buses, restaurants, shops, ski rental and depot, everything is within a few minutes' walk. The cross-country ski trail, a walking path and the Tauern bike path are located directly on the back of the house. In summer, the Maiskogel and the Schmittenhöhe are a very nice hiking area for all ages. The summer card is included in the studio price.

Homey Cottage with Glacier View

Our homey mountain retreat used to be my grandparents' place and has been completely renovated just recently. We wanted to preserve the snug and cosy traditional atmosphere with a combination of traditional furniture and a more modern almost minimalistic kind of interior. We kept parts of the traditional furniture and a beautiful collection of my granddad's handcarved portraits on the ground floor and combined it with bright wood and white on the first floor to leaven the atmosphere.

Absolute secluded location and yet in the middle of the European sports region Kaprun, Zell am See. You can easily escape everyday life in our hut and spend cozy days with your families or friends. Our latest highlight is a smoker including an instruction book. Our hut is ideally suited for 2 to 4 people. Electricity + water available.
