The place has a lovely set-up, the view out of the full size bay windows is breathtaking overlooking coffee plantation and hills beyond...the accommodation is spacious and well done up...the hosts are super friendly and ready to help always, Akash , the care taker is super efficient and cookw some amazing local cuisine...a memorable stay... looking forward to my net visit to the property....

This place is a adobe in its own world!! Absolutely beautiful, serene, and calm. The property is itself surrounded with nature and has maintained its raw essense of the earth. Someone looking to escape the chaos should definitely spend a night here. The three of us sisters spent 4 days there with utmost comfort of home and felt very warm and welcomed by Sandeep and Santosh (the hosts) followed by all the workers (Yalamma (someone you can almost picture your mother and sister in), Praveen (an amazing chef who cooked authentic tasty food), Junaid (got us comfortable within the space). Looking at them felt like a family together. The rooms were clean, with fresh linens and blankets provided. We took the woodpecker and that comes with a bathroom that's detached and downstairs. Definitely hygiene maintained. So, folks should definitely check with the host before booking. The river is a must that you should visit along with certain beautifully set platforms overlooking the nature.

I had booked this for my parents and they found the stay to be very comfortable, caretaker Manoj took very good care of them. He suggested a lot of places for sight seeing and was a great help. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a quiet getaway from all the busyness of life.

We had a sudden plan on a long weekend and found this place through the App. What caught our eyes was the scenic beauty of the place and surroundings. As described in the picture it was more beautiful at the location. Very serene , calm and peaceful place. Host was very accommodating with the early check-in and late check out. Please don't expect a lavish hotel type arrangements with all the amenities. But worth the stay, kind of Rustic in nature for explorers and nature enthusiast. Kitchen amenities are plenty and you might love to cook your meal and enjoy in the Nature. Wifi and Power backup was throughout our stay. Ashwin was very helpful and prompt with the services which made it more pleasant. Mr Zacaria was also in constant touch during our stay for any needs. We visited the nearest beach on day one, water falls on the next day and a forest trek in early morning to close. Overall a lovely stay and breathtaking scenic views from the location. Would recommend this place ..
