Rural hideaway between Hamburg and Lübeck

Our apartment close to nature is located on a residual farm in a former barn building reconstructed in 2017, the last house in the village, behind it only nature. The property is about 35,000 square meters with gardens, meadow and Billewald forest. It is about 35 km to the city centers of Hamburg or Lübeck. The Eulenspiegel city of Mölln and Ratzeburg are also worth a visit. Various Baltic Sea resorts are easily accessible. Kids love to feed our chickens or ride along with the tractor.

The apartment is located in a quiet location in Mölln and can accommodate up to three people. There are various shops within 10 minutes' walking distance. The city center of Mölln and the train station are also only about 2 kilometers away. A delicious Italian restaurant is within walking distance. Explore the historic city of Eulenspiegel or discover nature. Mölln is ideally located for excursions - Lübeck and Hamburg, the Baltic Sea and the North Sea are only a short drive away.

Shower room, kitchenette, fully equipped with cooking utensils, washing machine with dryer and ironing board, internet, TV with all channels, Netflix and Amazon Prime, folding sofa bed, desk, monitor for laptop. Garden and second outdoor dining area, dogs can run freely there. Easy access to cities such as Lübeck, Schwerin, Rostock, Ratzeburg, Lüneburg and Greifswald via the surrounding motorways. The house is functionally and modernly furnished. A large sofa in the living area can be used as an additional sleeping space. Large built-in closets in the bedroom offer plenty of storage space. The kitchen-living room is equipped with an XL fridge-freezer, a washing machine, a cooking/baking combination as well as everything you need for cooking and baking. Coffee maker, kettle and microwave are also available. In the beautiful large garden there is a private seating area.

Small attic east of HH: quiet & close to nature

If you want to relax, you can make yourself really comfortable in our modern tiny house with fiber optic Internet. The space is bright & friendly. The loft bed invites you to snuggle in, and the new kitchenette offers all the comforts. On your own terrace, you can barbecue or just chill out. The huge garden can be used for relaxing & reading. There is a fireplace, fruit trees, a tree bench & hammocks to relax. The surroundings offer countless great excursion destinations.

Detached feel-good house + Quiet cul-de-sac location

The detached guest house is quietly in a cul-de-sac location – ideal for couples with pet(s) or smaller families with child(s) and dog(s). With modern kitchen, spacious living area, balcony and parking right outside the front door, it is the perfect retreat. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with two freshly made beds in the same room – so the property is not designed for groups or four adults. A third bed can be provided if needed.

Centrally located between the biosphere reserve Schaalsee and river landscape Elbe in the southern west of Mecklenburg, it offers families with children, as well as cycling tourists a stylish stay in loving surroundings of species-rich nature.

The small, cozy, accessible apartment is located separately on the ground floor of our detached house and has a double bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a bathroom with extra large shower with folding seat. Towels and linens are provided. Pets are welcome by arrangement. A children's travel cot can be added if required. An additional room can be booked by arrangement.
