Leiligheten er på ca. 84 m² med 3 soverom (2 dobbeltsenger og 1 køyeseng)2 bad,åpen kjøkken/stue løsning. Det er aircondition i stuen,master bed room og det minste soverommet. Leiligheten er fullt utstyrt med kjøl/frys, oppvaskmaskin, alt av kjøkkenutstyr, sengetøy og håndklær. Det er direkte utgang til en 25 m² terrasse med nydelig utsikt.

Our luxuriously equipped villa includes an apartment for 5 to 6 people. The villa is located 10 minutes away from Pythagoreio on the way to Samos city in Mesokampos, close to Mykali beach and the cozy family beach Psili Ammos. You can enjoy your nice terrace and the lovely garden in peace and quiet. Since the late summer of 2025, you can also use our brand new swimming pool with sun terrace. The apartment was completely renovated in 2025 and equipped with every comfort.

Ανεξάρτητο σπιτάκι-Μεσονετα με σοφίτα ιδανικό για οικογενεια η παρέα φίλων.Το ενα υπνοδωμάτιο(διπλό κρεβάτι) βρίσκεται στον πάνω όροφο και εχει δίκο του ανεξάρτητο μπαλκονι.Το δεύτερο βρίσκεται στο στο κάτω πάτωμα και εχει δυο μόνα κρεβάτια.Το σπιτάκι εχει μικρή αλλα εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα με τραπεζάκι,ψυγείο και φουρνακι.Στον κάτω όροφο υπάρχει δευτερη βεράντα και πίσω αυλή.
