De villa bevindt zich op 10 minuten afstand van Pythagoreio op weg naar Samos-stad in Mesokampos, dichtbij Mykali beach en het gezellige familie strand Psili Ammos. U kunt in alle rust genieten van uw fijne terras en de heerlijke tuin. Sinds de nazomer van 2025 kunt ook gebruik maken van ons gloednieuwe zwembad met zonneterras. Het appartement is volledig gerenoveerd in 2025 en van alle gemakken voorzien.

One bedroom cozy apartment at Kedros. Peaceful with amazing view. Acommodates 3 or a couple with a child. Traditional house in tune with natural surroundings that caters all modern needs. Infinity view to Vathy town. Underneath the house there is an unorganized private beach and other organized beaches 5'drive away. Check "Paradise apartment" as well if you are big family or friends who want to arrange holidays together. The two apartments are independent and close to each other.

Τraditional tower at Ikaria

The tower is a 2 level apartment at 'Pyrgos traditional village', above the museum of ikaria. Pyrgos traditional village is a complex of 8 traditional buildings at the top of Agios Kirikos, a traditional small village with a common pool only for guests, a small reception, breakfast area, parking, common verandas and yards and natural vegetation. The tower has a small kitchen and two sofa-beds at the main floor and one main bedroom with a bathroom with shower at the top floor.
