Holiday rentals with a home theatre in Kamo River

We had a good stay over 4 nights. We came as a party of 2. Tadashi is friendly, responsive and proactive. The location It’s a couple of minutes away from Kuromon Market. 15 minutes walk along the main road to Namba Station (Namba Station has a direct line to and fro Kansai airport). Namba station also has a large mall connected to it, with many restaurants and shop options. Tadashi gave clear instructions on how to locate the apartment. We had no issues finding the apartment or getting in. It is located in a quiet residential area with low foot traffic, but we were reassured of the area’s safety when we saw the occasion children playing on the streets, women walking by themselves and locals walking their dogs in early morning and at dusk. Facilities The room is clean with a kitchen. Washer/dryer available, with Clothes pegs, hangers, and other amenities (washing detergent, dishwashing soap, new sponges). It’s more than enough space for 2 pax.

Die Unterkunft war die beste die wir in Japan hatten. Sehr groß und sehr gut gelegen. In Tokyo muss man die Bahn um 00:00 nehmen um heim zu kommen. Bei dieser Unterkunft nicht wir waren jeden Abend bis 1-2 in Dotonbori und sind dann nur 18 min gelaufen. Unito I war auch sehr lieb und immer erreichbar. Die Unterkunft kann man nur empfehlen

Second time I stay here, it’s perfect to visit Osaka. Everything is close. The place is clean and comfy. The host is very nice and accommodating and answer very fast. I’ll stay here the next time I come to Osaka. Would recommend 👍.

The inn keepers were so helpful. Knowledgeable and quick to react. I don't think we had a message. Go unanswered for more than five minutes.!!!Amazing service better than you could reasonably. J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement. L’endroit est propre, calme, bien équipé et très confortable. Tout correspond parfaitement à l’annonce, et l’environnement est agréable. 편안히 잘 쉬었습니다. 대체로 깨끗했고 내부가 춥지도 덥지도 않고 딱 좋았어요. 그리고 피드백이 빠르고 숙소 도착전까지도 자세하게 설명을 해주셨습니다. 아쉬운 점은 문을 열고 닫을때 잘 안되서 불편했지만 하다보니 익숙해졌고 침실 에어컨은 청소가 필요할것 같습니다! 주유패스를 이용했는데 주유패스권으로 데라다초역에서는 이용이 불가해 저희동선으론 조금 불편했습니다. 환승을 해야해서요. 그 외엔 편의점도 가깝고 역도 가깝고 주변에먹을만한곳도 많았습니다! 동네가 조용하고 산책하며 걷기 좋았어요!

Shiny was an amazing host! Very responsive and even helped book a restaurant reservation for us before we arrived! The place is in the outskirts of the main area of Osaka but very close to the train station and in a convenient area! Daiso is right next door which was a great addition! The bikes were also a plus. It was nice staying away from the hustle and bustle of the dotonbori area. The place was clean and comfortable. My family absolutely loved it! We would 100% stay here again!

Ideal room for Family. There were two beds for adults and a bunk bed for children. It was very clean, well-equipped and comfortable. But it would be tough to stay there in the winter. Even with the a/c on, the living room on the first floor doesn't get warm enough, and the bathroom is near the front door, so when you step over from the living room it feels to be the same temperature as outside.

Considering how things are in Japan, the place was big enough for 2 families. We had lots of fun staying at the properties. The thing that we liked most is how conveniently close it is to all the public transportation as well as all the attractions in Osaka.

Our family felt so at home at MIKI! The host prepared many pamphlets/documents to help arrive to the location smoothly and enter with ease. The house is a perfect mix of cozy, natural aesthetic with convenient, modern smart-home amenities. Obviously recently renovated and very clean / well designed. There are English translations of how to use all devices and machines which really helped. Our 8 year old son also loved the addition of board games and really enjoyed the comfy tatami futon. The area is convenient to the big NishiKujo train station (JR+others) but also has peaceful and quiet surroundings. Many konbini and grocery stores within a short walk. We will definitely visit here again! Thank you so much.

We had a fantastic stay at Kiki’s place. The house was spotlessly clean, spacious, and had all the amenities you need for a comfortable trip. There was even a movie projector in one of the bedrooms, with enough space on the beds for the whole family to watch a movie together. Plus, it’s just a few minutes’ walk from a metro station and a big supermarket. I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again if I ever return to Osaka.

1歳の孫夫婦と一緒に大阪万博をメインに観光しました。 宿泊施設は大阪港のすぐ近くで、交通の便も大変よく、わかりやすい場所だと思います。 港町なので、歴史感のあるレストランや新しいコンセプトのお店をはじめ、海遊館に隣接した商業もあり、滞在するのには楽しい地区です。 この施設は、部屋の配置や内装にも大変こだわりがあって、新しい日本の生活様式を堪能できるように工夫されています。 畳がベースの床、清潔な備品、何より木の大きなお風呂が素敵でした。 最新の水回り機器やオーディオ設備が揃っていて、滞在はリラックス出来ます。 ホストの対応は素晴らしく、感謝しています。 友達にオススメすると同時に、機会があれば、次回も利用したいです。

I can’t say enough great things about this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the entire place had such a cozy and welcoming vibe. Our host (Ted) was amazing—super responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. The location was perfect too, with great restaurants, shops, and attractions just minutes away. If you’re considering booking this place, don’t hesitate. i booked 2 room, this one for my family and the other one for my mom, sister and brother in law. this was my 2nd time staying at here, the reason is obviously due how comfortable and convenience is here. almost zero complain. the room is big, amenities are complete, bus stop just 5 seconds by foot :D, 2 mins to nearest ministop and 7eleven, 3 mins to Kyoto Aquarium. 1 more thing, please send my regards to SAMIYA-san at the reception office, she was so nice, very helpfull and super pretty too!!

RESI Stay provided good support and guidance. When we first arrived at Kyoto station, it was early morning and it just took us 10 minutes walk from the station to RESI Reception Counter. We were offered to place our luggage there before the check-in time, we left the luggage there and went for a walk and lunch at Kyoto Station. When it was time for check-in, the RESI team provided us with a shuttle van to drop us at the location for check-in. The check-in process is seamless and easy to us. 5 of us were staying there (2 adults and 3 children), the place were nicely fit a family of 5. Even though the space seemed small, it was well-equipped with all the amenities that were required. It will take some time for you to walk with luggage from RESI stay to Kyoto station, it was a friendly walk-way and our kids were enjoying the walk to the station when we returned home. One of the best sightseeing place is Kyoto Aquarium, it's just 5 minutes from RESI stay! We enjoyed our stay at RESI

The place is very spacious. We are four adults and the room is super comfortable for us. The location is within the walkable distance from Kyoto JR station. There is a bus station right next to it to go everywhere in Kyoto. I recommend staying there and would love to stay again in the future.
