Hier könnt ihr in unserem herrlichen Bauwagen "Helgard" entspannen. Absolut niemand kann euch hier sehen, kein Grundstück oder Feldweg hat Einsicht auf diesen Ort. Ihr seid ganz für euch. Das einfache Leben wartet, ein Ort zum ausspannen. Dunkelheit und Sterne sehen, Feuer machen, nackt unterm Apfelbaum duschen (Campingdusche liegt bereit) oder den ganzen Tag herrlich vertrödeln, unsere frischen Eier und selbstgemachten Brötchen essen. Und das Beste: der Badesee ist gleich um die Ecke...

Die Badebox in der Alten Baderei in Kamenz bietet eine einzigartige Gelegenheit, sich im Schutz einer Jahrhunderte alten Eibe und einer faszinierenden Geschichte zurückzuziehen und eine Auszeit zu genießen. Unser Apartment, gelegen in zentraler und dennoch ruhiger Wohnlage ist anspruchsvoll designt und bietet alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt, Komfort und Privatsphäre. Mit einer ausgewogenen Mischung aus natürlichen Materialien und ausgesuchten Vintage-Stücken verbinden wir Schlichtheit mit einer warmen Ästhetik. Hier fällt es leicht, Energie zu tanken und den Kopf frei zu bekommen. Das Ergebnis ist ein Zuhause, in dem man sich so richtig wohl fühlt.

The cozy apartment can be reached through a spacious staircase. The light-flooded sitting area can be used for relaxation. A small wardrobe is located in front of the apartment door. In the entrance area of the house is a terrace for sitting outdoors. The view is towards pasture and meadow. Barbecuing can be done on solid ground (observe the forest fire warning level) or sports can be played on the adjacent meadow. The quiet atmosphere allows a lot of relaxation.

Möchten Sie entspannen, bietet die Ferienwohnung alles, was Sie für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt benötigen. Im Sommer bietet die Dachterrasse zum Sonnenbaden ein. The property is located in the center of Königsbrück on the Via Regia, surrounded by a large forest area and the Königsbrücker Heide nature reserve. Dresden, Moritzbug and Radebeul can be reached within 20 minutes by car. S-Bahn connection and bus stops are nearby. Restaurants, supermarket, ice cream, coffee and other shops are within a 2-minute walk. Fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi in all rooms. Ideal for couples or families with children.

Holling Vacation Rental

The apartment is in the countryside about five kilometers from the city center of Kamenz. It consists of two bedrooms, one of which is a connecting room, a bathroom with shower and bathtub, a kitchen, a living room and a balcony. A public playground for children is available directly behind the house. Use of the garden directly behind the house is also possible. On request, another room outside the apartment is available. The apartment is located directly at the Kamenzer Forst and therefore in a quiet location. There is also a free parking space directly in front of the apartment.
