This place can accommodate a large number of people, so the price can be quite expensive. However, even if many people stay, you can't feel any disadvantages.

We had a wonderful time at Dagmar's place and highly recommend the place! The location is furnished with so much love for detail – very cozy, super clean and absolutely tidy. You can tell right away that someone has a heart here. It's really thought of everything you need – even coffee was there (important to me for survival!) so I didn't have to get any extra. We were warmly welcomed and found a small sweet goodie on the table to welcome us – a great gesture that we were very happy about! During our stay, Dagmar was always available, super helpful and always friendly if we had any questions. All in all: We are more than satisfied, definitely coming back and can recommend this place with a clear conscience!

Cherbel was such a nice and accommodating host. He made sure we were all set up at time of check in. All amenities were complete (and more). I love that his toilet had a bidet. He even went out of his way to provide us with an e-sim while our pocket wifi which we rented was delivered to a wrong address. Another big plus was the transport accessibility…just a 2min walk to bus stop to train stn, or walk 900m to train stn. We felt at home in his flat. Thank you for being a caring host.

Great stay, in a quiet neighbourhood, the only loud thing that one might get bothered by are planes not far above the ground, as one of the landing directions to Köln airport goes over the neighbourhood, but you get used to it and the other runway is positioned at a different angle, so depending on the winds you might not even get planes descending over your head. It's a good place, bed was great for my friend, couch that I had was also solid. Detlev was very kind, despite us running into Köln afternoon traffic jam and our arrival getting delayed a bunch. Balcony was probably the best part for us, as we could have a drink outside after a long day outside and relaxed. You have a nearby metro line that takes you directly to the city centre. All in all, great experience!
