The room can be used independently from the rest of the house. It has a double bed (1.40) and a private bathroom with a shower In the passage to the bathroom you can prepare food. The induction hotplate can be set up as needed. Basic equipment is available. We live 6 km away from Cologne/Bonn Airport, which is 9 minutes by car. You don't have to worry about towels and bed linen. Important! We also live in this house. You will hear living noises.

Equipped with air conditioning and a ventilation system with pollen filter, it is easy to live here. From here you can quickly hike in the green Königsforst, at the nearby Baggersee or at the Cologne trade fair and the city of Cologne. There is a very good connection to public transport and the A3 and A4 highways.

A perfect base for your stay in Cologne, such as the Lanxess Arena and the Deutz trade fair, as well as the tram and bus stops are just a few minutes away. Easy walking distance to shopping and restaurants. We look forward to friendly and respectful guests who treat our apartment like their own home.

The accommodation in the relaxed district of Vingst is close to the city centre but still in a quiet location, and has good access to the underground (6 minutes' walk). This means you can quickly reach all the important places: Cologne Cathedral and the main train station, the Kölnmesse and the Lanxess Arena. You have the entire apartment to yourselves, plus a terrace. This leads to a small garden.

The house is spread over 2 floors. There is a large terrace with a lawn behind it. The apartment is located in Cologne Ostheim. The nearest supermarket, Baden, train station and tram stop are about a 7- to 10-minute walk away. In the immediate vicinity is also a bus stop. Take the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun and entertainment.
