In the middle of the forest, on a clearing, 3 km from the beautiful town of Gartow, lies our special retreat. If you are looking for peace and quiet in nature and value simplicity and goodness, this is the place. The old half-timbered building, a former stable, was renovated with high quality and sustainably with natural materials. Clay plaster on the walls and the wood-burning stove guarantee an excellent indoor climate, and the walk to the wood-fired sauna promises absolute relaxation!

Modern apartment to feel good in Salzwedel

Our 35 sqm apartment was modernized and designed in 2019. It looks bright and friendly as a result. The furnishings are functional, but also comfortable. You can reach the apartment behind the house via a staircase. The entrance is separate and is located on the upper floor of our single-family house built in 2010. The house is situated in beautiful green surroundings not far from the Dumme river, yet you can walk to the idyllic old town of Salzwedel in just a few minutes.

Tiny house with sauna and meditation offer

During your stay with us, you will live in a lovingly restored, spacious construction trailer with a terrace and garden area. It is also equipped for long stays. In winter, it is heated with wood and briquettes and it quickly becomes cozy and warm. Fluent cold water is available in the wagon only in the frost-free time! Horses can be brought, 1 ha. Coupling directly on the car. The bathroom area and sauna are 50m from the main house.

Our room rental in the beautiful old town house is located in the center of our beautiful Hanseatic city of Gardelegen, just 150 meters from the historic town hall square. In the courtyard is the courtyard cafe “Kräuterhof“. Your apartment is there to enjoy and to dream. In our rooms, feeling good is easy. The modern and stylish furnishings immediately convey a feeling of coziness. Step into your realm and enjoy pleasant hours with us.

Country loft in a circular village

We welcome you to the beautiful and historic Rundling village of Satemin in Wendland. The former farmhouse from 1850 is divided into two residential units. The property is located in the former 110 sqm economic area and spacious tenning area. From there you have a protected view of the village square with the old half-timbered houses. On the lovingly planted courtyard with cobblestones is another small stable building and a rear barn.

Old restaurant 1890

Apartment approx. 60 m² on the 2nd floor of an old, former restaurant. For families: large garden and lawn for playing, chilling, barbecuing. For nature lovers: Two large lakes with wild birds nearby, the Green Belt in the former border region. For history buffs: Megalith Route, The Young Archaeologists. Not everything is perfect with us (work still awaits in the yard and in the barn :), but we offer relaxed living and freedom.

Time out on the Mittelland Canal

Visit us in our small apartment (30 m²) in a quiet location overlooking the Mittelland Canal. The large garden, which you are welcome to use, and the wind-protected terrace promise relaxation in almost any weather. Parking for bicycles is available on the property (partially covered). This is also the habitat of our Labrador mix Luci. The journey by car to Magdeburg is 15 minutes and to Haldensleben 21 minutes.

Relax on the small pony farm

Enjoy a great time on our private farm with our horses/ponies. Depending on how many people you are travelling with, you will have two or three bedrooms, a living room, kitchen and bathroom. From the terrace you have a beautiful view over the horse pasture and enjoy the sunset. We are happy to give tips on things to do in our beautiful Wendland. Looking forward to seeing you soon!

Apartment "Hinter den Höfen"

Spacious apartment for up to 4 people in Mahlsdorf. The apartment is located on the B71 and may not be idyllically quiet, but you have a great starting point for excursions to Salzwedel, Lake Arendsee, Gardelegen and Wendland. Also feel free to use them as a short stay to recharge for the onward journey or to have a pleasant stay during a business trip.
