You will find a spacious, open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, four separate bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a sofa bed for two additional guests. Space for up to 10 people. The highlight is the bright living area with a high ceiling, exposed timberwork and a glazed Tennentor window overlooking the village square.

Living in an old school

Es gibt keine Zentralheizung. Es gibt einen Heißluftofen, dieser ist ähnlich wie ein Kachelofen, gibt aber schnell mollige Wärme. Bei der Ankunft ist eingeheizt und die Wärme reicht meist bis zum nächsten Vormittag. Das anfeuern ist einfach! Entspannen, Ruhe genießen auch Stille in einer stilvollen Gästewohnung, sich wohlfühlen egal wie das Wetter ist. Ganz ruhig auf dem Land, hier gibt es keine Ablenkung, keine Geschäfte, kein Café, nichts. Willkommen in the Middle of Nüscht.

Our cosy holiday apartment in the small village of Bülitz in the Altmark offers space for 2–4 people over approximately 70 m². The maisonette extends over two floors and impresses with its quiet location and wide view of the countryside. Old walls, exposed wooden beams, brick and clay plaster create a special atmosphere in the rooms and combine rustic charm with modern comforts such as underfloor heating and fibre-optic internet. Für exzessive Partys ist unser Hof leider nicht geeignet. Unser Haus wurde ca. 1850 erbaut. Wohnhaus & Scheune des denkmalgeschützten 3-Seiten-Hofs sind im Eichen-Fachwerk errichtet. Um das Haus stehen 10 Hochzeitslinden. Im November, wenn die Linden zurückgeschnitten sind, ist das Haus in seiner ganzen Pracht zu sehen. Ab Mai verschwindet es dann langsam hinter schattenspendendem Blätterwerk, und bleibt so den ganzen Sommer über herrlich kühl...
