Monthly Rentals in Kaiserwasser

Roomy spot near the river and Vienna Center that was super convenient for a conference and near the grocery store/restaurants. My family, including my baby, came along and the spot was big enough for the three of us and had easy access to downtown too. The host kindly provided a pack and play for the baby too. Highly recommend!

Jochen’s home was exactly as described and as seen in the photos. Modern, large in scale, plenty of outside balconies to enjoy, stylish, exceptionally clean and close to amenities. I could not recommend this home enough. Jochen is very friendly, communicative, provides quick response to messages and is a great host. This home is very good value for money and joy to stay at. This apartment was like a ‘home away from home’ and this is one reason I’d come back. Kim

The host was very friendly and the house was very clean as shown in the pictures. This modern building is in a great location, a shopping mall and U1 are within a 1-minute walk, and it is easy to access from the airport. It has everything you need for a long or short term stay, including a dishwasher, refrigerator, iron, and mailbox. I highly recommend this place to anyone who comes to Vienna.

Really nice unit in a superb location…….. I wish I’d had more time to take advantage of the location, especially for swimming and boating. Recommended.
