TV with all international channels, Internet Wi-Fi, living-dining room with water view, Leisure activities, cycling, jogging, supermarket opposite, very good restaurants

Fantastic view, best location

VIENNA DREAM VIEW 22 APARTMENT Modern 65 m² apartment incl. Loggia in Vienna's most sought-after and modern residential area, between the Danube, DC Tower and UNO City. The Danube Tower is within walking distance. It is only 4 minutes to the U-Bahn [subway] and from there 10 minutes to the city center (Stephansplatz). Shopping and gastronomy on site (bakery, groceries, drugstore, pharmacy, "57 Restaurant + Lounge"). A parking garage is available in the house. You can't spend your time in Vienna better.

Dieses wunderschöne 3-Zimmer-Appartment liegt im Herzen Kaisermühlens und damit nur wenige Gehminuten von der U1-Station entfernt. Mit der U1 ist man in 7 Minuten am Stephansplatz und damit im Zentrum Wiens. Die UNO City und das Vienna International Center befinden sich auch nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Billa, Spar, Bipa, Apotheke sowie Restaurants sind vor Ort vorhanden. Zur Entspannung und Erholung laden die Donauinsel und das Kaiserwasser ein. Alles ist fußläufig sehr gut erreichbar.

Die Unterkunft liegt zentral im 2. Bezirk und ist nur 4 Stationen vom Zentrum und 3 Stationen vom Prater entfernt. Dem grünen Herzen und der Erholungszone von Wien. Der Augarten ist nur 3-4 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Ein Highlight im Sommer um die Sonnenstrahlen zu genießen. Mit dem Auto dauert der Weg zum Flughafen 20 Minuten. Es ist ein sehr helles Appartement mit großen Fenstern und hohen Räumen. Perfekt um Wien zu erkunden. Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Stock.

I was in the beautiful cottage for a weekend and immediately felt comfortable. Vici offered me a bike, which was very helpful for me. She was easy to reach with questions and was very friendly. Nearby, I could have a great breakfast and only had a few meters' walk to the old Danube. I'd love to come back👍

I value very positively all aspects: clean, organized, good location (for attending a conference in the Austria Vienna Center), kindness of host, good equipment of kitchen, etc. My only suggestion to the host is to buy a microwave.

All good. 100% referral. Good location (U1, U2), great kitchen, new bathroom! The rest of the furnishings were very simple, but we didn't care. However, I recommend the apartment only for a maximum of 4 guests! The double beds in the two rooms are okay. But the extra sofa bed is definitely not suitable for sleeping. Not for one person, and certainly not for two people. There were four of us, so everything was fine. Thanks so much

Nuce and cosy apartment in a very quiet neighbourhood. Close to the Danube, where you can even go swimming (!), and two metro stations are easily accessible, allowing you to reach the city centre quickly. Everything worked out wonderfully and is highly recommended!

I had the most wonderful stay I could have ever imagined with Werner and Mariola. I’m still in awe of the experience and deeply moved by their warmth and kindness. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel not just welcomed, but truly part of the family. Words can hardly capture how much I appreciated my stay. Any time I mentioned or even hinted at a need, they went above and beyond to fulfill it—no matter how big or small. Their thoughtfulness and generosity were truly exceptional. The room itself was immaculate, spacious, and equipped with everything I could possibly need. It felt more like returning home than staying at an Airbnb—comforting, personal, and far beyond the standards of a five-star hotel. Staying with Werner and Mariola was an unforgettable experience, and I will always be grateful for their hospitality. I’m forever grateful to them and for my stay which opened my eyes to Austria.
