The room is tastefully decorated, completely in harmony with the beautifully landscaped garden that you have a view of from your bed. You have a private entrance and also part of our garden is exclusively for you as a guest.

During winter the house is also warm and cosy with floor heating. 4 canoes are available for you. Boats can be rented in the area, rental bikes delivered to the house. Free parking. Lovely Tiny house. Beautiful surroundings. Apart from ice cream, there is nothing else for sale. No shop, no restaurants or anything where you can buy a snack/drink and the shops are not nearby.

We (two adults and two 17-year-olds) spent four wonderful days on the houseboat Blauw. The boat has a fascinating history - it has been on the North and Baltic Seas, across the Atlantic - and is now quietly and idyllically anchored in the small harbour of Warmond. The view of the waterway and the opposite polder area is fantastic, open, wide, unspoiled. The environment is very quiet, relaxing, restful. Quiet, slow boats pass by during the day. In the morning, from the late afternoon onwards, you are on your own. All you can hear is nature - trees, grasses, birds, frogs. Quiet for sleeping at night. The boat is tasteful, furnished with great attention to detail. It is in excellent, beautifully renovated condition, with many original items, so that we landlubbers felt like sailors. In the evening, it was very relaxed and atmospheric on deck in the lounge furniture with subtle lighting. A special holiday experience, we would have liked to stay longer!
