The farm is located in lovely rural surroundings down to Alssund with its own forest and sandy beach as well as the island's best fishing water. Good accommodation with location about 15 minutes from the Danish/German border. Close to Sønderborg (13 km) and Gråsten (5 km). In the bedroom, there are duvets and pillows for 2 people. In the kitchen, there is a refrigerator, stove, oven, coffee maker and electric kettle. The home has underfloor heating. There is a toilet in the home and an outdoor shower with cold and hot water. There is also an indoor bathroom, which is next to the mini house. You are welcome to use the backyard.

Our house, dating back to 1925, is located in Sundsmark, 2 km from the center of Sønderborg. The apartment 57 m2, is located on the 2nd floor. • TV (Chromecast) • Kitchenette, Fridge • WIFI • 11kW charger (electric car). • Upper portion of the staircase from the 1st floor to the 2nd floor is steeper than the lower portion. We live on the ground floor and 1st floor. The front door is equipped with an electronic lock with a code. Bed linen and towels are provided in the apartment.

Keep it simple at this peaceful place at the beginning of Als. 4 minutes' drive to the sea, 30 minutes' walk. 5 minutes by car from Sønderborg Airport. From there, there are flights to Copenhagen for a big city trip. (We don't take any aircraft noise). 5 minutes by car to the nearest supermarket. 7 minutes by car from the beautiful harbor of Sønderborg. By bus it is 30 minutes to the middle of the city. The bus stop is within walking distance.
