In total, the apartment is approximately 33 m2. In addition, there is a sofa, armchair, 32" TV with Chromecast and a small radio. Possibility of charging an electric car at an OK charging station 350 meters from the apartment.

There is access to a garden environment with its own terrace with dining area and gas grill. There is a smart TV in the apartment with airplay and all streaming services installed.

Our newly built farm long includes two similar holiday apartments. Each apartment has a small kitchen area, bathroom with shower, two beds, dining area and cozy corner. There is a TV and wifi. Possibility to rent a baby camping bed or extra guest bed for children. Each apartment has its own terrace with evening sun and furniture. The farm is located in lovely rural surroundings down to Alssund with its own forest and sandy beach as well as the island's best fishing water. Location 7 km from Sønderborg city centre and only 1.5 km to the airport.

In Nordborg town there are shops, cafe/restaurant and creative workshop. Hiking trail close to the holiday home. 6 adult bicycles available. You can take a trip to the forest or beach approx. 2.5 km from the house. Shopping options in Nordborg 2.5 km and in Sønderborg 22km.

Walking distance to the city center, Dybbøl Mill, Sønderborg Castle, etc. 100 meters to the train station, Alsion, etc. Room with double bed, living room, dining area and kitchen. Access to private bathroom with shower. There is a fee for washing linen and towels, as well as final cleaning of DKK 400.00, which is charged when booking through Airbnb. For bookings made before April 13, 2025, the fee will be settled in cash upon departure.

The apartment 57 m2, is located on the 2nd floor. • TV (Chromecast) • Kitchenette, Fridge • WIFI • 11kW charger (electric car). • Upper portion of the staircase from the 1st floor to the 2nd floor is steeper than the lower portion. We live on the ground floor and 1st floor. The front door is equipped with an electronic lock with a code. Bed linen and towels are provided in the apartment.

Cozy annex/backhouse with a private living area, sleeping space, and kitchenette – Please note: Bathroom, kitchen, and a small gym are located in a separate building just 10 meters away. Outdoor area with a fire pit and grill, peace and quiet. We live on the farm ourselves in case you need anything. An ideal spot for both a weekday escape and focused work. At the same time, close to the Higway, so you can get on quickly.

Architect-designed summerhouse from 2019 directly on the beach. It has peace and quiet and a great view of the water where you can keep up with the changes of nature throughout the day. In the main house there is a bedroom, loft, kitchen, living room and bathroom. Corvid-19. For safety reasons, before and after each visitor will be cleaned and all surfaces disinfected.
