Your accommodation of approximately 35 m2 includes a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with a cabin bed, a bathroom and a separate toilet. The other part, which is completely separate, is occupied by the owner. View of the Seine and the Regional Park (Port aux Cerises), its lakes and its marina. You can enjoy a drink on the deck of the boat, and the swans will pay you a visit! The train station is a 5-minute walk away, RER C & D (registration no. 19-2024)

Please note: We would like to clarify that the accommodation does not have a bed, but only two sofas (one fold-out and one convertible). No air conditioning.
