Located in lower Normandy, our self catering cottage is surrounded by sweet little villages with shops, outdoor markets & more. Plenty of brocantes in the area for those who love to thrift. Mont St Michel is just under an hour & the WWII beaches are 1.5 hrs away. Just down the road is a family friendly entertainment park open in summer months only. Plus wonderful orchards to visit for a calvados tasting.

English and french television and WiFi are available and the kitchen includes a dishwasher and washing machine. We have a shared heated swimming pool (OPEN 2nd MAY UNTIL THE 14TH OF SEPTEMBER). Ancienne Baronnie, cette maison récemment rénovée n'attend plus que vous. Datant du 18ième siècle, cette maison était connue de tout le village et encore aujourd'hui beaucoup d'habitants se rappellent y avoir passé un moment. La rénovation a porté sur la mise en valeurs des matériaux naturels (bois, pierre) en ajoutant un côté moderne. Emplacement stratégique à mi-distance du Mont St Michel et des plages du débarquement, nous serons ravis de vous conseiller lors de votre séjour.

Ferry ports at Saint Malo and Caen 90 minutes, Cherbourg 2 hours. Pit stop, short break or longer stay, comme tu veux.

The 17th Century Manor House

Set in the picturesque village of Villechien within easy reach of the market towns of Mortain and Saint Hilaire Du Harcouet. This charming Manoir was built in 1743 and has been sympathetically renovated, still retaining many of the original features. The charming accommodation is available for bookings up to 4 people. A breakfast basket can be ordered and dropped in for the morning at an additional cost. Please let us know before arrival if you would like details.
