Accommodation made for 3, up to 5 sleeping places for those staying in their own sleeping bags. In the kitchenette, hot plate, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, toaster and dishes (glasses, mugs, plates, coffee press cutlery, etc.). Showers with an adjacent beach sauna. A composting tree. The sauna is wood-burning. If necessary, we will guide you to the sauna heating. Used in summer and early fall.

If you're comfortable on your own and enjoy a simple life in the middle of nature, this stay is for you. Here you will enjoy the quiet and darkness. If you're lucky, you'll get to admire the Northern Lights from the home yard. Cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, hunting and fishing can be found in the area. Great mushrooming and berry picking terrain in the summer. We rent snowshoes.

Tämä uniikki erämökki tarjoaa rauhaa, marjastamisen, sienestämisen ja lupien kanssa kalastuksen sekä metsästyksen. Erämökki sijaitsee lammen ja joen rannalla. Mökin pihaan saavutaan joen yli siltaa pitkin. Mökille ei tule sähköjä. Mökissä on puukamina/kaasuliesi jossa on ruuanlaitto mahdollisuus. Valaistuksena toimivat lyhdyt ja kyntteliköt. Pihapiirissä on tulisija sekä sauna, josta on jokeen matkaa 40 cm.

From the deck, a great view of the lake! There is no indoor toilet in the cottage. Instead, there's a traditional Finnish outdoor shower in the yard. This offers a unique, authentic cabin experience near nature!

Our igloos are 32m² in size and can accommodate two to four persons. The motorized double bed is directly under the glass ceiling. Separate extra beds are made from the sofa. All igloos are equipped with a toilet and a shower, a TV, a drying cabinet for outdoor clothing. I recommend renting a car. 75 m2 cottage with all amenities, two bedrooms, kitchen-living room, sauna, bathroom, porch and terrace. Near the cottage there is a (approx. 700 m) beach. Opportunities for snowmobiling, fishing, berry picking, hunting and camping. There is a boat landing point about 1.2 km away.

The cabin was great and Saara was very accommodating and responsive. The location was beautiful, and we were able to see the northern lights while standing on the frozen lake! The sauna was warm and cozy, and Rovaniemi was a short drive away. Thank you for hosting us, Saara!

A real gem in Pyhä. Walkable to the nearest ski lift (100 meters) and to Pyhä commercial center (a few hundred meters), but still private and calm, with a beautiful view to the forest in the back of the cottage. Beautifully maintained and decorated traditional Lappish style kelomökki log cabin in Lapland. Great attention to details. Would definitely go again.

Great place, perfect for people who like peace and quiet, surrounded by nature. We felt immediately at home, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was clean with everything we needed. The sledges were a bonus for the kids. We even got to see the Northern lights across the frozen river. We hope to come back again soon. 😊

The cottage is amazing! Design with lots of amenities… and a beautiful sauna! A view of the forest with a huge bay window, we were lucky enough to watch the northern lights from the living room for 1 hour! Eevamaria is available, very responsive and attentive…

The accommodation is a dream and the view from the bed was special. The communication was good, it was a very clean and modern accommodation. The check-in and communication went smoothly. The accommodation is also perfectly located for excursions in Salla. We would book the accommodation again anytime! Unfortunately we have to deduct one point at check-in. When we arrived at the accommodation in the evening, all the heating was off. The flat felt as cold as outside. We first had to deal with the heaters and see how they turned on. It would have been nice to have some basic warmth in the flat and not end up in a freezing cold flat. Therefore, the arrival was unfortunately not relaxed and it took some time for the flat to heat up. This could definitely be improved for future guests. Nevertheless, we had a great stay and can recommend this accommodation.

We could not imagine a better place to see the Northern Lights for the first time. The cabin and the sourrounding was absolutely beautiful and Kaisa and Jari were amazing hosts! We instantly felt like home and enjoyed all the kind details and the nature. We hope to come back one day and can highly recommend this accomodation :)
