Nähe Fachhochschule und Forschungszentrum Jülich. Für 2 - 3 Personen, 1 x Gästebett (Wunsch) und 1 x 160 cm x 200 cm Samtbett (Standard) in grün. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind innerhalb von ca. 5 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen. Eine moblie Klimaanlage, für warme Sommernächte, rundet das Ganze ab. Es gelten die Hausregeln.

Hey, ich bin Julian, 28 Jahre alt. Zusammen mit meiner Mutter bieten wir unsere leerstehende vollausgestattete 1-Zimmer-Wohnung für bis zu zwei Personen an. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem renoviertem & saniertem Altbau-Haus, welches du komplett für dich alleine hast. Ausstattung der Zimmers kannst du am Besten auf den Bildern erkennen. WLAN ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Es gibt eine Rurtalbahnhaltestelle mit direktem Anschluss an Linnich, Jülich und Düren. Ruhige und ländliche Gegend.

Gezellig verblijf voor 2 gasten in een kasteelhoeve in een prachtige omgeving. De kasteelhoeve is onderdeel van een historische buitenplaats. Verblijf heeft een eigen entree, hal met toilet, woonkamer / keuken en op de bovenverdieping een slaapkamer met een luxe bed en badkamer met douche en toilet. De keuken is volledig ingericht met koelkast, afwasmachine, oven en magnetron. Heerlijke koffie via een Nespresso koffiezetter. Interessante korting bij boeking voor week of maand.

Our newly renovated apartment will welcome you. In a nice area surrounded by open fields and close to the historical center of the village our apartment is the perfect place to start or end the day. If you are interested in hiking, there is the new hiking route "Eifelsteig" only 500m from the apartment. The bus station to reach Aachen´s city center is just a 2 min walk away. Of course families with kids and/or pets are welcome too. Free parking for 1 car and WiFi is included.

Der Schrickenhof ist ein klassischer Vierkanthof bestehend aus 2 Einfamilienhäusern, Stallgebäude, Halle, Werkstatt und Lagerräumen. Das Ferienhaus steht unter Denkmalschutz und wurde liebevoll restauriert und saniert. Der Charme und viele Details wurden erhalten und hervorgehoben. Im idyllischen Innenhof wächst wilder Wein und man kann die Abendsonne genießen.
