The stay in the house was very nice. The house is super cozy and offers everything you need for a short break. Comfortable beds, towels, plenty of dishes and plenty of space are available. Small items in the kitchen were also there, so you don't have to buy a lot of things beforehand. We were particularly pleased with the milk frother. Beau had bought fresh peonies for this. That was really a nice surprise! The walk to the beach takes about 30 minutes. However, if you like to walk, the distance is easy to manage. All in all, it's a really great place to stay and we'd love to come back!

We had a great time staying at the place. Everything was exactly as it was in the photos and description. You felt right at home, there was even a small welcome gift :) We particularly liked the quiet location, the garden and the living room with fireplace - just great for relaxing! It's about a 15-20 minute walk to the beach, but there's a nice path through a small forest, so that didn't bother you. We were even able to spontaneously extend our vacation by one day. Communication with the owner (not via Belvilla) went smoothly and also paying for the extra night outside of Airbnb was not an issue. We will be happy to come back - the house is a dream!

Everything as in the photos and description. Despite the cold season, nice and warm inside. You can relax from everyday life, watch the animals in the field,or relax in the sauna \ bathtub after an extensive walk on the beach and dunes. Value is great as well. We are happy to book the Airbnb again when we are in the area. Thank you Martina also for the nice communication and the detailed details about the apartment.

Great apartment for four guests. Very well equipped and absolutely clean. The communication was very good. Located a little remote and the path to the beach was accessible for us only by car. We will be happy to come back.

What a wonderful stay we had, a beautiful house, very spacious and luxuriously furnished. The beach and a beautiful forest and dunes just around the corner. We also enjoyed the garden very much, nice sunbeds and lots of privacy.

An absolute gem right on the canal – a dream come true for design lovers! This house is simply a little paradise in the middle of Haarlem! The location right on the canal is not only picturesque, but also wonderfully quiet – perfect for relaxing. The small garden is a green oasis, lovingly designed and ideal for a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The interior is exceptional – modern, exclusive and with a lot of flair for style and atmosphere. Every detail is thoughtful, every piece of furniture seems to be chosen wisely. You can feel right away: here someone with heart and a fine sense of design has been set up. The beds are wonderfully comfortable!

My family and I (there are five of us) found the place really spacious! It’s a great house that matched the description perfectly. It's surrounded by lots of restaurants and supermarkets, making it very walkable. The house is also located near a bus station, and it's just an 8-minute ride to the central station. It was a really nice place to stay! Moreover, the hosts were very friendly and responsive whenever we needed anything or had questions. Overall, we were really happy with our stay!

This is a perfect rental for a 'get away from it all' break. It has beautiful canal-side views, is remarkably quiet and private despite being very centrally located, and has been thoughtfully and tastefully decorated. There is a fully equipped kitchen if you want to cook, and nice restaurants (not many but very welcoming) within a 5-10 minute walk. We had a great long weekend and are planning to return!

Cozy family house, with all the comforts. Large garden and lots of toys. Everything works and is comfortable.

We stayed at Paul's villa with 16 people, but it was also big enough for that and the amenities were sufficient. We were personally received very friendly, were even able to get into the villa a little more by arrangement. The garden was great for the kids and adults (sauna, hot tub). Clear recommendation also for large groups!

We had a lovely family weekend. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't the best, but we had a great time with all kinds of games and there was plenty to talk about. Despite the bad weather, a few diehards stood on the SUP and sailed in the canoe. We also went fishing, culminating in a 60 cm long bream! In short, a wonderful house!

We had a nice weekend with the whole family in the villa (8 adults & 5 children) The house is very nicely decorated and offers plenty of space to play and romp. The path to the beach leads through a beautiful forest. The communication between the host and us was flawless. If you had any questions, you would receive a response within a few minutes. We will be happy to come back.

Really enjoyed this last minute booking after arranging our tickets to the historic Dutch GrandPrix 2021 Formula 1. The Host Vivian was a great communicator pre, during and post the event. She arranged a pass through ticket to the closed event area within Zandvoort, which was a unique ticket to have closer access to the event by car. The house has a lot of charm, especially the living room and the garden with its relaxing area that was very welcome after a day of 20 thousands steps in Zandvoort.

Our team of 6 people, business travel after one night, 1, the owner of the house proactively communicated to confirm the arrival time, it was planned to arrive at 8:30, the actual arrival was 9:30 -10, with 1 hour notice, the host was very patient; 2, There is a tree house and a swing in the house; 3. Easy parking🅿️; 4. Surrounded by 2.5km sea and beach, there are shells on the beach🐚, which is suitable for walking to see the beach🏖️;

Caroline is an amazing hostess! She has a customer-centric approach and made everything and beyond to make sure the guests had all they needed. She even purchased a safe after I asked if she had one available, that's how proactive she is! I raised the question in the morning and in the evening I got her message saying she ordered the safe, which was highly appreciated and thoughtful of her! She also made arrangements for dinner in the first night in a lovely restaurant nearby. The family loved the time in her beautiful house! Thank you, Caroline, for your fast communication and flexibility! You are the greatest example of a super host! :)

Laurens is a very likeable host. He answered our questions quickly and very satisfactorily. We felt very comfortable in his house and enjoyed the evening sun on the terrace. We slept wonderfully in the comfortable beds. We had a lot of fun with the game "Jakkolo". The house is a good starting point for excursions to the nearby cities as well as wonderful bike tours through nature, in short - we will be happy to come back.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was exactly as described, very lovingly furnished and very well equipped! The outdoor area in particular invites you to linger and offers the best conditions for beautiful summer evenings with an outdoor kitchen (barbecue) and many seating options. We also used the fire bowl! But the interior also offers plenty of space to stay here with a large group and is generously equipped with the open kitchen, two seating areas / sofas and a large table. In addition, the separation between the living area (below) and the bedrooms (above) offers the possibility of accommodating different sleeping times (e.g. with children). Communication worked great and fast. Overall, the accommodation is absolutely recommended!!

Dear Esther, we really enjoyed the time with you and were able to feel comfortable right after arrival as if we were at home. This peace and idyll here are exactly what we were looking for. Three nights flew by and yet we were able to unwind wonderfully. It was our first trip to the Netherlands, but it won't be the last :) The house is clean, well located and leaves nothing to be desired.

We spent an unforgettable weekend with our friends in this beautiful villa during our annual friends weekend. From the moment we arrived, everything was arranged to perfection and we could immediately enjoy the luxury and comfort that this home offers. The villa is not only spacious and stylishly decorated, but also equipped with all comforts, making us feel right at home. The beautiful location and the atmospheric ambiance made the picture complete. Whether we relaxed together in the spacious living room, enjoyed the beautiful view, or spent time outside, it was enjoyable every minute. What makes this place really special is the perfect balance between luxury and coziness, ideal for a weekend with friends where you want both peace and fun. Our group has enjoyed it enormously and we are already looking forward to our next stay here! In short, this villa is an absolute must if you are looking for a fantastic place to stay with friends.

We had an amazing stay at Sonja’s place. Everything was just perfect. The location was excellent. The neighbourhood is beautiful. A row of houses with the canal as the backyard. Absolute peace and quiet and extremely secure. It’s a 4 minute walk to the tram station where there’s a tram every 10 min to the Central Station. It just takes 10 minutes to reach Central Station. The living area and kitchen are brilliant with all necessary equipments. The backyard is brilliant with an easy access to the canal. We didn’t use the pizza oven and the barbecue but I reckon they would be great when used. There are three bedrooms on the first floor and the view from the open space from there is lovely. The bathroom is huge and has a sun roof. Overall a brilliant experience. Sonja was very responsive and left a detailed note on how things work. We (2 adults and 2 kids) loved the stay and will again stay there in a heartbeat.
