You can relax well in the garden, but are also on the highway to Düsseldorf or Cologne in a few minutes.

The one-room apartment is about 42 square meters. It has a fully equipped fitted kitchen with a cooking island. In the apartment there is a double bed and an excellent sofa bed by Bali (each 140 wide). Arrival by 10 pm, the courtyard gate is closed at night. Renting for single nights is only possible in exceptional cases, renting to 3 + 4 people only from 3 nights. Cot and high chair cost €3 extra each. No shutters or blinds. NO SMOKING!

The bedroom-living room has a comfortable double bed with an Emma mattress 140 x 200 cm, a flat-screen TV with Netflix and Internet radio. In the kitchen there is a fridge with freezer, stove with two hot plates, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, Tefal Easy Fry hot air fryer and a seating option. The bathroom has a shower tub.
