Enjoy the countryside with Dyck Castle at walking distance. There are several bike roads and walking paths, and the highway (A46) is only few minutes drive away. Two bakeries and a fruit shop are within 2 km. The barn has been fully renovated while keeping the 4 original brick walls. It is equipped with floor heating and offers a loft style space. The access is from the shared courtyard and in the back you can enjoy the garden. The covered gate area is ideal to park bicycles and motorbikes.

Ideal for persons who love nature, art, silence, but also for visitors of the fair in Dusseldorf and Cologne. Dog-guests are wellcome (6€/night/dog/in cash)

Bright apartment with view of the countryside

The rooms (38 m²) are located on the 2nd floor of the house. The apartment is not self-contained. It consists of a large living/sleeping room, kitchen, storage room and bathroom. Everything is available for self-catering. Washer and dryer can be shared for a small fee. For personal reasons, I only rent the apartment to female guests and couples. In exceptional cases, more than 2 people are possible for an extra charge. Bookings can only be made with a verified ID.

Ideal place to stay for students, fitters, business or holiday guests. Quiet and rural surrounding, located in Grevenbroich-Neukirchen. Bedroom is basically equipped with a single-bed, an additional double bed (sofa) is located at the living room .

Chic, large apartment on the estate!

It is a chic 3-room apartment with bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom with bathtub. Kitchen is fully equipped. The two beds in the bedroom are 90 cm wide each. In the living room there is a fold-out armchair. No rental for individual nights. Cot and high chair cost €3 extra each. Arrival until 10 pm, because at night the courtyard gate will be closed. No shutter/blinds. Non-smoking apartment!

Ap. in DG (not whole house) with private shower and kitchen

Our place is close to Mönchengladbach in the city of Erkelenz. Düsseldorf, Aachen, Cologne and Roermond(NL) are also very easy to reach, and the motorway connections are very good. Erkelenz Central Station is easily accessible.  We can offer free picking up and picking up at Erkelenz station. Bringing and picking up from Düsseldorf airport or other designated place is possible for an additional fee.

A chic and cozy seperated apartment downstairs of our house. The flat is very large (50qm) with two big bed. Television (international) , Water heater, coffee maker, fridge and microwave are provided. Coffee pods and teabags are abundant, sheets and towels are provided. FREE PARKING in front of the House. Light and nice studio with wonderful bathroom and seperate toilette, double bed, cooking area. The studio is part of our private house and we are a family so guests need to use our private stairway and might hear our children.
