Very nice apartment ideally located close to Disneyland, convenience store and public transport. It is cozy, well decorated depending on the season. We were lucky enough to have a beautiful tree already installed. We were shabby, quiet and in perfect safety. We enjoyed ourselves. Hosts are always present, with extraordinary kindness and flexibility. They are accommodating and super warm. We will inevitably return to this rare find. I recommend to anyone who loves good vibes, good locations, good spirits, tranquility, good people 🙏🏿 Thank you so much.

Very well located apartment, 10 minutes walk from the RER station, 10 minutes by car from the FMSD training center, shops nearby, private and closed parking, the apartment complies with the photos, well equipped, just a few elements that have lived... the hosts are friendly and responsive.

A great place, only 10 minutes by bus from CDG airport. Close to a very nice park with children's games (at the town hall), shops and restaurants. Perfectly equipped for couples and families, even the baby bathtub is there! Sparkling clean.

We absolutely loved our time here! The apartment is modern, really well kept and had everything we could need. The neighbourhood is quiet but just a short way from a huge shopping centre with everything you could need and a great choice of restaurants. We slept wonderfully and enjoyed a morning coffee on the balcony before beginning our day. Stephane has been a brilliant host, making everything really simple and being really helpful. The apartment was really lovely, very tastefully furnished and exceptionally clean. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is very well resourced, I even cooked a Christmas dinner for 5. It was very peaceful and quiet. The location is perfect, 5 minutes from RER station, where you can get a train to disney which is only 1 stop, or you can easily walk to disney in about 15/20 minutes. There is a huge shopping centre 6/7 minutes away plus a supermarket just around the corner. Dominique is a fantastic host, he was so helpful and responded very quickly to any questions we had before our stay, and kept in communication to ensure we arrived in the apartment ok, plus he was on call if we had any problems, which we didn't. I can't recommend this apartment enough,we will definitely be returning.

An ideal apartment to go to Disney Paris, a few meters from the Val d'Europe station which is a stop from Disney. The apartment is simple but very useful and pleasant considering that there is not much time spent there. Arrival instructions were super clear and the caramelos detail is a plus that we enjoy every day!!! Thank you!!!

We have stayed with them before. Well worth it this time too. Close to everything we wanted and a nice apartment. If we come back too Paris again I won’t hesitate to book trough them again.

We had a lovely long Easter weekend at Françoise's. The house was clean and perfect for a large group. The position was excellent

The apartment is bright and perfectly equipped, which made us feel at home. The quietness of the neighborhood and the comfort of the accommodation made our stay very relaxing. We had clear and precise explanations which allowed our arrival and departure very fluid. I would highly recommend this listing for a stay and it fits perfectly with the description. Outstanding Airbnb. Such a great neighborhood. Devika who hosted is fantastic and responsive. Met us there. Texts back right away. Solves problems. Very charming home. It’s small ish so be prepared. There’s just one toilet which is a fact we missed. Tight quarters all around. But as long as you go in knowing that it’s fantastic. We were there as a couple with our son and nanny so a bit tight. Maybe easier for 2 adults than 3 - maybe a couple and a kid or one couple or two adults in separate beds. Kitchen is very well appointed. It’s super clean. It feels like borrowing a home from close friends but with actual closet space. Highly recommend!!

This is a very cozy apartment in a historic building at the top of a narrow 6-story staircase. It has two comfy bedrooms and a living space with a good kitchen. The location is spectacular, including short walks to great bistros, restaurants, shopping, and tourist sites. We took a stroll from the apartment down to the Seine and the Luxembourg Gardens with our 3-year-old and it was wonderful. Please be aware that this stay is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues--it requires carrying any luggage up several flights of stairs to the place and the bedrooms are in a loft at the top of a narrow, steep ladder/staircase within the apartment.

Back again. As in the photos, it is always available, everything is nearby, nothing to say, I would recommend it. 🔥🔥🔥

Sora was an excellent host! Very responsive and assisted with anything that was needed. The location is great with lost of restaurants and shops within walking distance. There is even a supermarket next door which was perfect for an air bnb stay. The view if the Eiffel Tower was beautiful. I would definitely stay here again! The neighborhood also felt safe.

The location was great with free shuttle to Disneyland. It is also close to the shopping mall and the pool was great fun for the kids. Isabelle was very quick in answering any questions we had. Thank you!

The apt was very cozy and spacious. Walkable to cafes and restaurants nearby. There’s some good running routes along the canal close to the apt. Dimitri was very fast to respond and also very friendly and accommodating. Thank you again!

Stay for a skating competition for our daughter. Very well located apartment in relation to the ice rink, possibility to do everything on foot. Shops nearby, ideal apartment for a family like us of three children including two teenagers. Quiet residence, apartment as described and very responsive host. We recommend it .

We stayed in Nelly's studio for a total of 5 nights and were very satisfied. The metro was easy to reach on foot, making it an ideal starting point to get anywhere in Paris. Nelly herself was a very kind, accommodating host. We didn't miss anything in the studio, everything was available to take care of yourself. Paris was definitely worth a trip again, we will come back.
