We had a fantastic stay at Prembasant Homestay. The property is beautifully maintained, with clean, well-appointed rooms and all the amenities you might need. The host was also very responsive and welcoming, making our experience even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this homestay, especially for those traveling with family.

I found this beautiful Villa which is just a 3 hours drive from Delhi and is purely a nature's retreat. Located in proximity to happening locations like Mussoorie, Batta Fall, Sahstra Dhara, Robber's cave and number of other places its a promising place to spend a quality time with your loved ones. Not only its a well furnished accommodation but the amicable nature of the caretaker- Rohit Bhaiya and Urmilla Didi the househelp made my stay all the more comfortable and made me feel as if I am at my own home. I stayed at this location to make my birthday a memorable one and my experiences like spending the night stargazing the sky with a bonfire, cooking food by plucking fresh vegetables from the garden, swinging on the swing in the garden and waking up in the morning with the peaceful chirping of birds made my birthday truly a special one. I found this accommodation well-furnished , proximate to the grocery and other essentials. Going back to Delhi with tons of beautiful memories!

The place is amazing and the host is amazing too. The host is very helpful and responsive. always ready to help. the place was also as per description. We enjoyed our stay to the best.

I believe this decision was the best choice for my booking in Rishikesh. The location is perfect and looks exactly like the photos shown in the listing. This Airbnb is ideal for those who appreciate aesthetics and is also very couple-friendly. One of the highlights of the home is the balcony area. I will definitely consider booking here for future trips, and I highly recommend it to anyone planning a visit to Rishikesh.

Clean comfortable place in the heart of Tapovan.

The place is exactly as shown in the pictures. We, a family of five, found it peaceful and comfortable. Personally, I really liked the deck area, where you can sit for hours, chit-chat, or simply gaze at the sky. 
I only wish we had stayed longer; we were there for just one night. You can definitely extend your stay. It's a fully furnished apartment with everything you’d expect in a home: refrigerator, oven, crockery, utensils, washing machine, and even basic necessities.
If you're a book lover, you'll absolutely enjoy their special reading corner filled with interesting books.
Thanks to Anil ji, the caretaker, our stay was even more comfortable as he was just a call away. 
Just a quick heads-up: if you're traveling with elderly parents, you may want to keep accessibility in mind. There are quite a few stairs, and my parents had some difficulty navigating them. Otherwise, it's perfect for all age groups.

We booked the stay for 2 nights and it went very smooth …. We had very good vibes in the property … Rahul ( the caretaker ) he is very responsive … also very helpful in everything .. he gave good recommendation too. Love to stay there and will visit again.

Felt like home away from home. Our stay at Zenscape was wonderful. The space looked just like the photos—beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully done. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and made sure we felt safe and at home. They were super cooperative with my family and even went out of their way to arrange their car and driver for my grandmother, which meant a lot. Kajal didi, the caretaker, was kind and always helpful. We spent quality time as a family in the lovely garden—the whole place had a calming, clean, and comfortable vibe. The location is perfect—peaceful, within walking distance to the Ganges, yet away from the chaos of Tapovan. Would love to come back!

This is a great place, they are so kind and helpful, they washed my laundry and even drove me to the main road when I left. Clean, hot water, big room with a kitchen. Amazing place. Only comment is the distance from Tapovan where all the yoga activities happen

Beautiful room in the perfect location in tapovan - short walk to the Ganga, all the restaurants and shops, and still peaceful on the edge of the town. Adith was an amazing host who was so helpful and proactive. He always responded and checked in to make sure we had everything we need. I strongly recommend staying here while in Rishikesh!!

Great hardworking man. Respectful and very kind. Also super helpful, he arranges you the taxi and tuktuk.He even made me a dinner,and I felt so thankful.The food was delicious.Anyways if you want a place far away from the noisy area this is it. The apartment has a divine energy🙇🏻‍♀️.

We were in Rishikesh only for a day! And were looking for a place that would feel like home. Jai’s place is exactly what we were looking for. It was away from rush but at the same time close enough for us to wander around and take a tour of the city. Loved the cleanliness and interior of the property. Lovely house-help.

We had a lovely stay and enjoyed our time in Haridwar. Manstays provided us with a quiet and comfortable home away from home which allowed us to make the most of our time. The apartments are well looked after and Pawan was extremely polite and always willing to help.

We had a pleasant stay, and the space was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with most of the essentials.

The location and view are excellent. The apartment itself is beautifully done up, interiors are in a Bohemian style and very soothing. Reena ji was super helpful in coordinating everything. Our only gripe was that, the apartment infrastructure is not that well-maintained. For eg., in one of the bathrooms the shower was not working, which got fixed later on. Then that bathroom's sink had a drainage issue. On our last evening, the kitchen sink's drainage pipe disconnected, and water leaked all over the floor. Reena ji was again helpful, sending people to fix it - but we couldn't use the sink that evening. But as nothing is perfect, these minor grievances aside, stay was excellent, very calm with the magnificent views of the pristine Ganges from our balcony. That last part, for us, overrode everything else, which is why I still am rating it 5 stars! PS: Note that if you don't have your own transport, you are dependent on the local autos, which you have to call and book in advance.

From the moment I arrived, he made sure everything was perfect and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The property at 298 Ganges was absolutely mesmerizing! The ambiance, cleanliness, and attention to detail were exceptional. Waking up to the stunning views and experiencing the serene surroundings made my stay unforgettable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful yet luxurious getaway. A big thank you to Ajay for making this such a memorable experience—I will definitely be back!
