Holiday rentals with a patio in Joinville

Cozy place, comfortable beds, fully equipped. Beautiful view. Great parking space. For those who had a baby, it was wonderful, elevator, apartment all clean and organized. The host went through everything in detail, we didn't need to bother her because everything was fine. Corresponded with the listing.

A just fantastic experience! The apartment is even better than the photos show: modern, impeccably clean and very comfortable. I was positively surprised by the cleaning service included, a differential that made the stay much more practical and enjoyable. The host was extremely attentive and helpful from the first contact, ensuring that everything went perfectly. The location is unbeatable, with an incredible variety of restaurants, cafes and bars just a few steps away. It is undoubtedly my number one choice in Joinville and I can't wait to be lucky enough to find it available on my next visit to the city!

Excellent Airbnb, Guilherme responds quickly and I had a very flexible check-in. The location is close to a supermarket, pharmacy and some shops. My stay on Norma Airbnb was excellent! The space was clean, well-organized and exactly like in the listing. The accommodation of Maria is great, it is a large house that was very well divided, the land is totally private and is in a dead end, which keeps it quiet at all times.

My family and I had an incredible week, very helpful, attentive host, beautiful place as in the photos! The best thing is the view of the sea! The apartment had everything we needed, I felt at home, nothing was missing, the TV with Netflix was great for a nice rest, and a new series, apart from all the surroundings that have everything close by in the condominium itself! My son was delighted with the courts, the game rooms and swimming pools! Great for kids! We will definitely come back more and more often!

The hosts were exceptionally kind and the place is cozy and clean. We stopped to rest on a long trip with a cat, and the pet was comfortable and safe in the house. It was a safe haven on this adventure. It's marked on my route for when I do this route again.

The accommodation is in a great location, just 15 minutes walk from the university, in a quiet and pleasant area. The apartment is perfectly equipped, clean, and very comfortable. The apartment is comfy and cozy. Kitchen complete with all utensils. The room has a great TV with a full range of channels. Bedroom with a comfortable bed and brand new air conditioning. Large garage and it is practically attached to the apartment. Finally, the condominium is on a very quiet street and is very safe. Congratulations on the space.
