For the second time, my family and I were looking for Iara to stay in Joinville. A friendly, helpful and agile host. The house is large, everything was neat and clean, with bath towels and bedding, as well as blankets at our disposal. The outer area is all fenced, with lawn what I the town hall is very quiet about the stay as it was with my puppy. The neighborhood is quiet, close to the bakery, pharmacy, market. The access to the space as we were by car was quiet to arrive, and to the downtown by the br as well. Check in and check out were very simple.

Great location, easy access, clean and organized.

Excellent location. Exclusive building for shortstay. I spoke with the host, but we found some things in the apartment. Worn bedding, with 1 duvet with holes. Glass box of the social bathroom broken. The sliding door was missing. Where the bath was not pleasant because of the water leaking through the bathroom.

The stay was great and the host was always very attentive to every detail, I would definitely come back more often!!

The ranch has a complete infrastructure, the accommodations are very comfortable and the place has a peace and tranquility that makes us not want to leave. When we can, we'll definitely come back!! We stayed with the family and everything was more than perfect, an unforgettable weekend!!

Our stay at this apartment was excellent! The space is very large, beautiful and extremely comfortable. The location is perfect, allowing easy access to everything we needed. Joice loved its very beautiful and neatly organized space too. Perdendo returned more often , there is a beach very close to 15 me beautiful beach with several stalls with food and seafood fish I loved , the very quiet apartment is residential, every night we walk with my very quiet Pet Av. It had everything in the apartment , from the kitchen things to bed towels and sheets. Congratulations on space I'll be back. Thank you Joice

Lots of things didn’t work in the place the sound system the projector the sauna the heather in the pool. I recommend host fixing it ASAP
