Entire apartment located in the Costa e Silva neighborhood, in Joinville. Easy access to the city center, airport, bus station, shopping malls, close to BR101, industrial district (Park Perini) and universities. Located on the 4th floor (no elevator), the place has new furniture and a kitchen equipped with household utensils. The apartment has 2 balconies, 1 balcony in the living room/kitchen (with barbecue), and the other balcony in the bedroom. Covered parking space (standard size space).

The apartment is minutes from the center. It is located in the Iririu Neighborhood, which features important avenues connecting to other important points in the city. To get to the center, there are two simple and quick routes, one through Boa Vista or through the Iririu railroad. Also easy to access the city's industrial district and universities. The apartment is about 600 meters from the Regional Hospital and Pró Rim Foundation. Bakery, market, etc., all within walking distance.

Excellent location. Exclusive building for shortstay. I spoke with the host, but we found some things in the apartment. Worn bedding, with 1 duvet with holes. Glass box of the social bathroom broken. The sliding door was missing. Where the bath was not pleasant because of the water leaking through the bathroom.

The accommodation is in a great location, just 15 minutes walk from the university, in a quiet and pleasant area. The apartment is perfectly equipped, clean, and very comfortable. Eliane is a remarkable host: always available, attentive, and warm. She made sure everything went smoothly throughout our stay, and her tips on the city were valuable.
