Lola’s Little House is the place to stay! We booked a 6-week stay before moving to the local area as full-time residents; this private little house was just what we needed. Lola’s Little House was wonderfully spotless, comfortable, and an incredibly dog-friendly space - our pups were even treated to toys and treats! Tracy and Tim went above and beyond with recommendations, and assistance. The hiking trails nearby were a fantastic amenity for us and dogs with absolutely beautiful views of the mountains. I highly recommend this clean, comfortable, and pet-welcoming Airbnb to any visitors in the Carson Valley, and it's close to Lake Tahoe!

I can't say enough about Bill and Deb. Not just great hosts but great people! They did the little things that made me feel at home while my wife and daughter were still living across the country. On my last day I expressed that i wish i had brought a guitar with me so i could have played at night, and without hesitation, Bill walked inside and brought out a guitar and told me to take it with me until mine came from Tennessee. If you are going to stay in the Carson Valley, be sure to book the "Ranch" you won't be disappointed. I am so grateful that there are people like Bill and Deb out there willing to open up their home. Thank you, thank you, thank you, from the bottom of my heart!

Greg and Chris' place in Minden is immaculate. It has been beautifully designed and thoughtfully outfitted with everything you could possibly need during a long-term stay. We visited the area so that we could enjoy some spring skiing - with Heavenly only 30 minutes away and Palisades Tahoe about 1.5 hrs it is a great home base! Greg and Chris are extremely accommodating and very responsive. The cherry on top was being able to enjoy gorgeous sunrises and sunsets each day. I would highly recommend staying at Greg & Chris' spot and would love to return one day.

Volker and Chandra are hosts of a fantastic unit. They were extremely nice when we met them, giving a brief tour of some of the nuances of the unit to make our lives easier during our stay. We stayed for over a month and had a great time remote working out of the unit and visiting Carson City, Reno, and the North and South shores of Tahoe for skiing in our off time. They were always very responsive and communicated very well with us and were understanding of all of our requests and questions. The unit itself is massive, the pictures do not do it justice. Each room is much larger than it looks with very high ceilings. So much closet and storage space! A huge benefit for us since we work remotely was that they had 2 desks/workspaces and a great internet connection. It was very well equipped with all the necessary amenities and the surrounding area has so much to do and explore. We had a really great experience in an awesome place. Incredible hosts! We hope to visit again!
