excellent stay, best unit in Avalon complex by far, very well cared for and stocked. Host provides a drying rack even, which is something no other unit had, even though there is a pool and the beach is 5 minutes away! Very nice host as well.

We loved staying at Sara's place! She provided clear check in/out instructions and was very responsive. The apartment was clean and looks just like the pictures. We started every morning and ended every evening on the balcony that over looks the pool. Conveniently located near everything on our agenda. We highly recommend and look forward to our next visit to Tampa and stay at Sara's!

Our unit on Madeira Beach was just as expected! Very clean and modern. There was some morning traffic noise but that was expected by reading the previous reviews, but it’s a great location! Easy access to John’s Pass/Hubbard’s Marina, restaurants and the beach! Our host was very responsive as well. If I was staying longer, laundry on-site would be great and more kitchen supplies too. Otherwise, everything was great! My son enjoyed using the PlayStation during downtime! 😉 Would definitely stay here again. 😃

Close to everything, especially the airport. Beautiful pool area. Good neighborhood. Spacious rooms. Felt very comfortable there. We would definitely stay again!

Everything was as exactly stated! Immaculate and comfortable! Great location! Even had beach chairs, towels, sand toys and umbrellas! Well equipped kitchen for cooking! Most of all Marie-Claude was very prompt to answer messages!❤️ Our Chihuahua didn’t want to leave! We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 weeks!

Clean, open space. Was plenty of room for 3 people and a dog. Convenient parking and beach access. Walking distance to many shops and dinner spots. Park across the street to take dog out. Pool was nice and warm even at night.

This was our second stay with Tina and we were very pleased that we were able to go back. The condo is ideally situated and has all of the amenities you need. We had a great stay and hope to go back in the near future.

The condo is very beautiful and clean! it had all the amenities you would need. The pool was fantastic. It's only around 10 minutes to drive to the beach. Checking in and out was a breeze. Catinca is a friendly and amazing host. Highly recommend!! Would definitely come back.

We had such a wonderful stay!!! We loved that it was located right on Tampa Bay. Beautiful views and sunsets. We also loved the pool, pool bar & grill. It was so FUN! The condo was immaculate and so nicely decorated - everything looked brand new! The bed was very comfortable. The condo had everything we needed and so much more! It was a little small, but it was perfect for my husband and me. Once in a while we heard kids running outside the condo at night, but it was minor. We didn’t go to the beach or use the grills, but many guests appeared to enjoy them. Nikki was great - she was incredibly caring and responsive. We would definitely stay there again. Lisa was very accommodating, she let us check in early. Place is beautiful, clean and well stocked. Close to beach. She even bought my fur baby a bed and some toys. Would definitely stay again!

Our stay couldn’t have been better, it honestly felt like we were visiting a family member’s home. Nothing overly fancy, but super cozy and welcoming! The beds and couch were really comfortable, and there was plenty of space for the four of us to relax without feeling crowded. The condo isn’t huge, but it’s laid out well, it felt spacious and gave us privacy with the bathroom in between the two sleeping areas. We couldn’t hear each other at all, which was great! We did hear a bit of noise from the upstairs neighbors, but that’s just part of staying in a condo and didn’t affect our experience. There was a box of sand toys that our husbands loved. Having both beach towels and regular towels provided was super convenient, too. We had such a great time and will definitely check availability here for our next trip! :)

I can’t express enough how AMAZING our stay was! Our host was very responsive, clean beautiful home, excellent neighborhood, so accommodating! Everything we needed and more were provided, I literally have No Complaints about the stay! If you are thinking about this home PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND BOOK!!! We very much enjoyed our stay here. The house was one of the most well equipped rentals we've ever had! Had anything one could need for a beach day (nice chairs, cooler, tupperware for snacks, toys for kids, floats, even a life jacket!). We thoroughly enjoyed the screened lanai with the TV in the mornings and evenings. Were pleasantly surprised with the few furniture upgrades not shown in the current photos! Overall a great place to stay for a family trip to the area.

With walk ability to the beach and restaurants, this was a great location. Kurt and Sandra have the place well-equipped, including lots of beach towels, chairs, etc. They even went as far as to rent a golf cart when the one they own had mechanical issues. We would definitely return and rent again!

We decided to escape the cold and spend a month in Gulfport. This house met all of our needs. We used the bright dining room to do our work (and puzzles). We enjoyed coffee and cocktails on the screened-in back porch, soaking up the sunshine and listening to the wind through the bamboo trees. The counter space was limited, but we didn't need anything bigger to make our meals. The beds were comfy and we appreciated the selection of pillows and the large closet. I had brought my throw blankets because I can't watch TV without one, only to find that this house had a nice selection of them already! The gym in the garage was a bonus, though we are YMCA members and there is a nice Y 10 minutes from the house with great classes. The location of the house is super. We joked that everything seemed to be a 10-12 minute drive from the house (and that includes the super long FL lights!) We loved hopping on our bikes and going to the park for pickleball or into town for entertainment. 5-stars!!!

House is very spacious had everything we needed there was a kids park within walking distance and the beach was close as well

House was a great value for the space. The host was fabulous. The house was nice and clean. I am not sure about each room, but one of the rooms the beds were a little too firm, but I guess it depends on your preference

We had an amazing week at Scott & Laura’s home. The star of the stay is the back yard and home gym. Other Highlights: Very comfortable beds, clean bathrooms with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided. Washer and dryer. Many TVs. Sun room overlooking the pool. Games. We have two kids under six, and they didn’t mind the December temp of the pool and enjoyed putting their feet in the hot tub. This would be a great stay for a party crowd too! Far-away friend reunion, bachelorette weekend, or getaway with kids; there’s something for every travel type. The tiki bar (and fun tiki drink-ware) pool, hot tub and backyard is a dream. Scott & Laura were also very communicative and ready to help if we needed anything. The home is clean, and all the bedrooms had lots of space. Thanks Scott & Laura! - The Rocks Family; Cullman, AL

A great place to have a little staycation with friends for a few days! The pool yard is absolutely perfect for adults looking to lounge!
