This was a very nice place to stay. The host was very responsive and proactive with all concerns/issues addressed. Would definitely recommend to others!

This was our second stay here. The home is very nice and clean. The neighborhood is quiet. A word of caution…if you order food, do not use your location. Use the exact address. I didn’t do that and our food delivery went to the next door neighbor who was not happy and threatened our delivery driver. This is not the fault of the property owners, just a word of caution. Overall I would recommend this property again.

Our stay at this home was amazing! The neighborhood where the Airbnb is located was quiet and peaceful, but still close to an area where there are a lot of activities and restaurants/stores to visit. Cecilia is a great host. The house was pristine and looked just like the pictures in the listing. There were plenty of clean linens and extra pillows which we enjoyed. Check-in and check-out was simple as well. I would definitely book this listing again for future trips to the area.

We had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, everything was clean, cozy, and exactly as described—if not better. The home was beautifully decorated, thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials, and in a great location. Evan was incredibly responsive and kind, making check-in and communication smooth and stress-free. We especially appreciated the little touches—like the soft linens, incredibly comfortable beds, and local recommendations, and proactive suggestions to help us fit all 3 of our large vehicles into the designated space. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful getaway or a comfortable base to explore the area, this is the perfect spot. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This airbnb made my girls trip perfect. I can't say enough about our stay. Jeffrey and Tammy ensured our arrival was a smooth process. The house was beautiful; clean, and in a quiet location. Jeffrey reached out to ensure our stay was going well and if we were in need of anything. Jeffrey and Tammy replied to my texts in a timely manner. I will absolutely rent this airbnb again.

Such a great Airbnb for the needs our group had! It was close to some great restaurants, grocery stores as well as the hospitable for those traveling for medical needs. The neighborhood was a great place for morning walks and we loved the space for just hanging out and watching movies together. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re in the area!

If you are on the fence about renting a property from Avanna…Just do it! She is absolutely magnificent and you couldn’t ask for a better host. Sentral is such a great building with 1000 x’s more amenities than you will get at a hotel paying double the price.

i was in the process of moving out of my house and needed something that allowed pets. The whole apartment was LVP and I had my own entrance and driveway .It was perfect for what I needed.

The apartment was just as pictured in the photos. It was very clean and in a nice, quiet neighborhood. There were lots of stores, shops, and restaurants within minutes. Kay was a great host. I had no reason to contact her because she left detailed instructions for everything! I was also pleasantly surprised that there were snacks, water, and even little bottles of wine. Unfortunately, I had to work while I was there, but the desk and chair were comfortable and I had no WIFI issues. The bed was also extremely comfortable and there were several options (air conditioner, fans, heaters) available to control the temperature of the rooms. I will definitely come back.

This was an amazing stay. The house was very cold at one point, but she didn’t hesitate to turn it to a better temperature for me overall everything went perfect perfectly and if there’s an available date, I’ll be looking forward to staying again!

Stayed with Luis for 5 nights while visiting my son nearby. The place was immaculate and provided easy access to everything I needed. Coffee and water were plentiful and I felt safe and comfortable in this adorable space. Luis was sweet, helpful and attentive to my stay. Will definitely stay again in the future. We had a great stay at Teresa’s place during our recent trip to Atlanta for a concert! The apartment was exactly as pictured — clean, comfortable, and full of charm. Teresa thought of everything a guest might need and even included a helpful manual with clear instructions and local tips. We especially appreciated her restaurant and shop recommendations — everything we tried was spot on! The bed was super comfy, and the space made us feel right at home. Would definitely stay here again!

Diego's place was perfect for my son and me staying a few days and catching some Braves baseball games while there. Walking to the stadium is very doable and is about a 20-30 min stroll from the house. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores in the area and easy to drive to and from. The space itself was exactly as described with a very comfortable living area and bedroom. Bathroom was extremely clean and well supplied with shampoo/soap/bath towels/tissue. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone needing a place to stay near Atlanta.

Overall, I had a great experience at Sara's condo! Sara was very detailed about all aspects of the stay, and the view from the terrace was great. The condo was clean and everything was accessible. Everything you need is within walking distance or a short Uber ride (if not wanting to drive). While this is not a deficiency with Sara/ her property, I did experience some challenges with Metropolis parking while there. So, I'd suggest parking in AAA parking lot or exploring other parking options.

This location was PERFECT!!! I had an event to go to in the area, I also brought my son and we hit legoland and sloomoo and I was less than 20 min from everything. If you know Atlanta then you know THAT MATTERS! Quiet, clean and enough room. Very responsive host as well. Best Airbnb experience I’ve had thus far. Will book again!

We had a wonderful stay for our 2 day concert at the Tabernacle. 11 minute walking time.

What was off-putting was handled swiftly and what was right was great. Anjel was a great host. I will return.

First time in Atlanta and we are very happy we stayed here. Beautiful place to take in the city. We loved everything about it. My family will plan to return to this listing in our future visits to ATL. Thank you N for getting it right!
