Holiday rentals with a patio in João Pessoa

Excellent stay!! The apartment is very well located, close to everything (beach, shops, restaurants, waterfront). Ricardo is very polite and attentive from the beginning of the rental, not to mention the condominium staff who welcomed us with great kindness. We had no setbacks, I highly recommend it and we will return soon, with God's grace!

The stay at Co-House with Wanderley was excellent! The place is super clean, organized and exactly as in the photos of the listing, which starts off very well. Communication was quick and straightforward, and he was extremely receptive from the beginning. A special highlight was his care in preparing a document with several tips, useful information and suggestions for tourist places in João Pessoa, which is very helpful, especially for those who are getting to know the city. Wanderley was always available and attentive, which made all the difference in the experience. I'll definitely come back more often!

Renata's apartment is amazing. It's like the photos, in the ad says it's 9 minutes from the beach, but it's less than that, it's really very close. Breakfast is wonderful, good gym, the swimming pool a delight and with an impeccable view. Very close to everything (market, pharmacy, gym, beach). I had a problem with the air conditioning and Renata was super agile and helpful, fixed it as soon as we communicated. My passage by JP was amazing, I will come back and recommend it.

We love the apartment! - Location: 10/10 - Rooms: 10/10 - Cost Benefit: 10/10 - Cleaning: 10/10 - Service: 10/10 - Sleep: 10/10 Everything was perfect: brand new building by the sea, easy to find, wonderful location, quick check-in, beautiful apartment, everything clean and comfortable. New appliances, top air conditioning in each room, great sound insulation, great household utensils for preparing meals, excellent internet! The beach in front is great, the boardwalk for walking and cycling is wonderful, restaurants/kiosks/bars on the sand with good food and live music, and access to other points of João Pessoa is very easy. The cherry on the cake is the Cabo Branco Park next door, a great food court with food trucks and fast food trailers of all tastes, prices and nationalities and live music, which tourists come from far away to visit, and right next to the building. Manoel is very attentive. Anyway, it's a place to go back!

We want to thank Diego for the stay and his agility in helping us. We really liked the apartment, the location was the highlight of our trip and the host was very helpful to us. If we returned to João Pessoa, we would most likely stay in the same apartment. It is a practical place and served us perfectly for a stay of almost a week, as it has some items not mentioned, but essential for us, such as a clothesline to dry beach clothes and a broom. We can see that there was care in setting up the apartment in the details, since the city has an immense offer of apartments that are from investors who have not even entered their properties to see what is missing. And in the vast majority, many basic items are missing, making it impossible to stay comfortably for more than 3 days. We felt at home. Thanks a lot!

The house is simply amazing !! The location is great, the street is very quiet and has easy access to the beach by walking 2 minutes. Extremely clean and organized residence, and Zélia is a great host, she was super attentive at all times.

Communication with the hostess has always been quick and accurate, which gave me security to make the reservation, since the space had no reviews yet. The location is great, easy to find, the environment is private, quiet, wide and pleasant, great for those who have children. The kitchen contained all the necessary utensils, the room with clean linen, TV with Wi-Fi signal, and left us a gallon of mineral water, which we very much appreciate. Although it only has one room, we went in 3 and one more baby, and we were very accommodated. The property's fruit trees are a show apart, which we greatly appreciate. We managed to move around the city without difficulty, and we received many tips from the hostess's mother, who is by the way, is a love of a person. I recommend the place of Bárbara and we will be again soon.

extremely kind family, giant and super cozy house, great for families to rest. The beach, which is close to great and very quiet prices on the days we were there. For João Pessoa's trendiest tours, it is ideal to be in a car, but if you just want to be quiet there is the place.

Good Estadia!! We only found the house away from things, the nearest beach is 14 minutes walk and the super weird path, I think it's new allotment. But the other things all ok :)

The location is excellent, right in front of the beach, next to the Cabo Branco park, close to excellent restaurants. Maria was very kind and allowed early check in and check out later which helped us a lot due to the flight schedules. The city is wonderful, with spectacular infrastructure. We love the days we spent in the city.

The rent went to my parents, they loved the stay and will definitely be back.

Amazing experience in João Pessoa! Our stay was wonderful. The apartment exceeded all expectations: clean, organized, comfortable, well structured and with an excellent location in Manaíra, one of the best neighborhoods in the capital. It is close to the beach, Manaíra Shopping, pharmacies, bakeries, snack bars, restaurants, Pão de Açúcar market and UPA. Excellent value for money. It is complete: washing machine, microwave, stove, sandwich maker, blender, TV, air conditioning, hot shower, bed linen and clean towels. It has a double bed, a single bed with an extra bed, a sofa bed, a dining table and all kitchen utensils. The building is safe, monitored, with a great parking space and a quiet and family environment. The host was impeccable: polite, helpful, receptive, kind and always available. We feel welcomed and at home. We'll definitely be back!
