Holiday rentals with a pool in Joanópolis

It was delicious, impeccable house, everything clean and very well organized. Great location. So far, we're delighted with the view. We loved it too much. Joanópolis is beautiful, we went to the Cachoeira dos Pretos and did Cross buoy… I highly recommend it.

The house is even better than what you see in the photos! Very comfortable and clean! The kitchen and leisure area structure is separate from the house that has the rooms was a differential for us! The sensational barbecue and pisicin area! Structure that served 10 people well! We're definitely going back! We only have to praise José and Maria for the hospitality and how they welcomed us!

The house is great, inside a super quiet condominium. The view from the swimming pool is amazing and the photos are true to the house. All questions were quickly answered by Ivone. I'd come back more often!

Once again an excellent accommodation, all extremely clean, organized, sympathetic hosts, helpful, extremely fast when needed. I was in the house for the second time and it was absolutely perfect. Many thanks Leticia and Helvia for the usual attention. Grande Abraço.

A pity that's over! Rs I stayed with 11 more friends and one baby for 5 days (carnival) and we had a great stay, all very well accommodated. The house is even better than in the photos, the condominium is a delicious, calm, with access to the dam, with field, volleyball sand court, playground, 24h market with some options to “break the branch” and a view that looks like painting. Communication with Isabella was great: super polite, responded quickly whenever necessary, solicitous and solved small adjustments beeeem quickly :) Single point, which was no problem for us: distance from the house to the city, there is a road of land that makes the journey until the supermarket lasts for at least 1 hour round trip (then make the full purchase rs). We'll be back for sure!

the house is simply wonderful...I would say better than the ad because there is a room on the second floor that I thought would be small for not being quoted but to my surprise it was bigger than everyone, even balcony and TV. It even had air conditioning but we did not call because we were in an era that was not so hot anymore. No verao would probably be necessary because in the house it hits a lot of sun. The place is beautiful. The pool is the high point of the house and we were able to enjoy even at night, since it was heated. The kitchen is super equipped, has plenty of pots, utensils, we don't miss anything...Oh, showers tb! Anyway, it was a great holiday! It would come back peacefully!

The house is wonderful, spacious, airy, patio, big rooms, perfect for family!!!! Antônio is super attentive, responds quickly to messages, was very flexible in the time of entry and exit, a super host same!!! Improvement points: I missed some BBQ accessories, the pool also lacked a sun umbrella and sun loungers. In some rooms of the house there were some furniture dismantled with the pieces scattered, this part could improve as well, although it did not interfere with our stay at all.

Simply perfect! The house is spacious, very well equipped and extremely clean. The care of the hosts, especially the caretaker Mr. Toninho, made all the difference. Everything was in perfect condition, and the heated pool was a great advantage, making the experience even more enjoyable, regardless of the weather. The quiet environment, surrounded by nature, offers privacy and peace. Undoubtedly, one of the best options in the region to relax and enjoy with the family. I highly recommend it and hope to return soon!

I wanted to thank Sueli and praise all his commitment and kindness during our stay. Me and my girlfriend feel extremely welcome and welcome. Sueli always very solicits and affectionate. The space guarantees a very beautiful view of the native forest, airy and cozy space. We will definitely be back! Only compliments! Not to mention the food Sueli makes that is simply amazing and very worthwhile, very well served and extremely tasty.
