Holiday rentals with lake access in Joanópolis

The house is in a very private place, surrounded by nature, singing of birds and something that I have not seen for years, FIREFLIES. Just like the pictures. The wonderful pool, a comfortable and beautiful lining, a cascade of stone with ice-cold water on the side, a delight for the super hot days we caught. Paulo was super cordial, attentive, and easy to communicate. It is well worth staying there. A tip that is always good to pass on, make a purchase with everything so you don't have to go out and stop enjoying the day, as it is a little far from the city center. Theo is a special case! Kind, helpful and very attentive always! A Superhost!!! I recommend it to any couple who wants peace, tranquility and a beautiful place, with an indescribable sunset! The house is cozy, tidy and has everything you need for pleasant days! Besides, it's easy to get to and you don't need a 4X4 car... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT AND WE'LL DEFINITELY BE BACK!!!! Simply charming, both the place and the house. The house corresponds exactly to the photos, all items are in good taste, super complete kitchen, spacious and cozy rooms. We went as 5 couples with children and the house was perfect. The pool area overlooking the dam is a highlight of the stay. Delicious, we stayed in the pool every day. We didn't leave the house any day, we stayed 1 week and it was amazing. Another highlight of the trip is the owner Livia, who always responded to us and helped us with any questions or requests. I recommend it without a doubt!

Espaço Riacho Doce is a nostalgic invitation to a more traditional environment of socializing, socializing and leisure with family and friends. Located in a rural area, isolated and private, it offers comfort, security and various entertainment options, such as chess, table games, books and other hobbies. First impressions refer to the feeling of being invited to the house of a friend who exchanged the chaos of the city for the enchanting simplicity of interior life, taking with him some of his cherished and nostalgic possessions — many of them worthy of the adjective ‘vintage’. We were initially greeted with affection and enthusiasm by the property's dogs, which probably help keep the place protected from unwanted visits. Then, Bruna and the 'Polaco' (?), the homemakers, welcomed us warmly, presenting the house and its surroundings. With the typical patience and inner wisdom, they explained in detail what to do and where to go. ... "it's over there"... so go!

Our stay was amazing!! Rodrigo was always very helpful, gave us several recommendations and always gave us a lot of attention. Very complete house, very well-equipped kitchen, all rooms have hair dryers and facial tissues, everything very well thought out and beyond expectations. The view is incredible and the architecture of the house is very well structured, the leisure area is also incredible!! On the last night alone, we got heavy rain and had some small leaks in the living room area, but nothing extreme.

Just compliments... Host Débora was great, from the instructions to the end of the stay, very polite and friendly, the chalet is pure coziness, exactly like being in the photos, practical, clean, airy... the outside area was what won me the most, I was passionate about spending my mornings in that tranquility and in contact with nature. The cottage is located in a very quiet and wooded condominium, has a gorgeous orchard with fresh fruit (enjoy kkkkk). Recommend D++

The house is 20 minutes from downtown Joanópolis and is a true haven of peace (as Paulo well emphasized!). In terms of infrastructure, it is super complete, especially for those who want/like to cook, they have a structure to make cakes and barbecues. The jacuzzi is a delight, warm showers and a comfortable bed. It's worth going as a couple or even in a group of friends (there's a bed for 6, but it fits many mattresses and there's even a crib!) Now, the cordiality and hospitality of Sheyla, Paulo and Samara are the big difference. They drove us in the car, ahead, to the house, showing attractions along the way. They welcomed us with a cake, a letter and a dinner table already set. They gave tips and were super available for any problem or need. We'll definitely be back.

The clean and organized house, equipped with everything that is necessary, a clean and well cared outdoor area, Eduarda's father who served us, kind and caring, in the end, we love the stay.

Excellent welcome of couple Gil and Jussara throughout the process, attentive and concerned about offering an excellent stay . Beautiful place with lush nature, has a wonderful view of the dam and mountains, the house is complete and well equipped, in addition to having very good taste in decor and sophistication in the details, we have been really surprised! The accommodation is extremely clean, cozy and has everything we need. Lu is an excellent host, always responding promptly, in addition to having a caretaker for anything we needed. We had difficulty entering the condominium because access is through a link and there was no signal. On site, the signal is bad, it barely works. The Wi-Fi also presented instability, which made it a little difficult. In addition, the place is for family and rest, without noise and in the midst of nature. Much more beautiful than in the photos! In addition, the condominium has a market that makes it VERY easy! We spent the turn with great tranquility and would definitely come back!

Adilson is always kind and helpful. As for the Property, simple, but everything was very clean and cozy, I felt as if I were at home or at the home of a relative or dear friend. The only thing to complain about is the distance from the center, but I believe it is also one of the reasons for so much tranquility. I definitely recommend it and will return if I need to go to that region.

The site is wonderful, surrounded by incredible landscapes, access to the very good dam, strolling through native forest, calm place, with plenty of harmony, great to rest and contemplate nature! Hosts are very attentive and friendly, I recommend! I will definitely return.

the house is simply wonderful...I would say better than the ad because there is a room on the second floor that I thought would be small for not being quoted but to my surprise it was bigger than everyone, even balcony and TV. It even had air conditioning but we did not call because we were in an era that was not so hot anymore. No verao would probably be necessary because in the house it hits a lot of sun. The place is beautiful. The pool is the high point of the house and we were able to enjoy even at night, since it was heated. The kitchen is super equipped, has plenty of pots, utensils, we don't miss anything...Oh, showers tb! Anyway, it was a great holiday! It would come back peacefully!
