Located 8 km from the centre of Joanópolis and 16 km from the centre of Piracaia, with paved access. Designed to accommodate large families and groups of friends in complete comfort, with air conditioning (hot/cold) in all rooms, a gourmet area and a beach tennis court. It accommodates up to 20 people in 4 bedrooms, 3 of which are en-suites, and has large living areas, both inside and outside the house.
