Contemporary-style Stone House is located on a farm on the edge of a dam. Charming decor, 2 suites, open kitchen, eco-friendly fireplace, terrace with barbecue, table and living room with sofa. One of the bathrooms is glazed, opens onto a small garden and has an individual wooden hot tub. Beach tennis, stand-up paddleboards, 4 kayaks and 4 bikes. Pier on the dam, beach on one of the lakes, hammock area, fire pit, shower, waterfall, trails, reforestation, outdoor tables. Wi-Fi, Smart TV and Alexa.
