Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Joachimsthal

Dascha and Benjamin have a lovely apartment in which we had great pleasure living for five days: although the neighborhood is very lively, popular and authentic, the apartment overlooks an inner courtyard and a park that guarantee a wonderful tranquility. The apartment is a real living space, cleverly arranged, the bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is great (special mention for the shower and unlimited hot water!) the apartment is at the foot of a u-bahn/s-bahn station, it is perfect for accessing both the city centre and the airport Finally Dascha was a source of very good advice and we really had some great experiences (culinary and meeting) Thank you again!!

Nice and clean. The only feedback I had was to provide darker curtains. She has happily taken the input. Until that is resolved, I do recommend you bring an eyemask. Other than that, it's squeeky clean and relatively close to a busy S-bahn station. Can highly recommend.

Well, it was my second time and its even better than the first one, communication with Katrin and her husband it's just perfect and you can feel like you're at home 👍👍👍

It was a nice, clean and well-equipped apartment, 10 min walk from the center. There was a bottle of wine and a small breakfast ready, which was a very nice touch. There was a private garage around the corner, which saved parking costs. We were completely satisfied! :)

Marc place is just perfect by all meanings: very safe and nice location, close to everything, beautiful little terrace, perfectly clean, very well equipped. We felt like at home, and Marc was very helpful during the whole length of the stay. With all the airbnb management company's on the market, Marc's flat was like a clean fresh breath of air: cozy, warm, beautiful, just like a close friend's place to stay at for a few days. Thanks for making our weekend in Berlin so comfortable, Marc!

We loved staying here and hopefully we’ll return one day soon. Great neighborhood and we found our favorite restaurant close by, Oderquelle. We managed to lock ourselves out but our hosts were super kind and helpful responding quickly with a solution. Great hosts, beautiful apartment!

Truly felt like home😌. The place was exactly as described, the neighbourhood is beautiful and has a lot of restaurants nearby. Would definitely recommend staying here when visiting Berlin. The only downside is the stairs if you’ve got a lot of luggage, fortunately we had a neighbour help us get our stuff to the third floor. Other than that, its perfect 🙌🏽

Great place to stay! Really enjoyed it! Super flexible with check in time and updated us as soon as we were able to get in because we had an early flight in!

We spent a week here as a group of 6 friends and had a fabulous time. The house was generous in size, well laid out and beautifully decorated and furnished. We made full use of the fantastic kitchen which had everything even a demanding cook might desire, and shared great meals in the gorgeous dining room (which can comfortably seat 10 or 12). Having two supermarkets (Aldi and another one) within 5 minutes walk was a real plus.) The three bathrooms were great and the beds very comfortable. (The 'toddler bed' is in fact a full size single bed.) Re location: it mostly took us close to an hour to travel by public transport to destinations in the centre, something to be mindful of. We'd warmly recommend this place for larger groups.

We had a very nice long weekend as a group of friends in the summer resort. At the large table in the conservatory, we could eat and play in a relaxed atmosphere. The neighbouring beer garden was loud on Ascension Day, but surprised us two evenings later with a charming reading. Our highlight was the morning swim in the very nearby lake.

Quiet, peaceful, with great walks through nature.

We liked Frank and Pia's apartment very much from the beginning. We had a very nice time there. The apartment is located in a very stylish house, has large, very bright rooms and is very tastefully decorated. From the large bedroom, you have a wonderful view of the beautiful garden with old fruit trees and many flowering perennials. The same beautiful view can be enjoyed from the very large and bright living room, from which you can directly access the garden via a terrace, where there are various idyllic seating options. The spacious kitchen is superbly equipped. We were very warmly welcomed by Frank, so that we immediately felt very comfortable. Frank and Pia are great, very friendly hosts. It is also very nice that the beds of Frank's nursery are directly behind the holiday home, where we were able to harvest very tasty organic vegetables (salad, herbs...) ourselves. A wonderful place in a varied landscape.

I booked Susnne and René's apartment for work for an employee. My colleague felt very comfortable from the beginning. Everything was nice and clean and tidy and also the check-in worked perfectly. The kitchen is very well equipped and my colleague was able to feed himself well. I would be happy to book again when we are around.

A wonderfully cared-for space in a beautiful area.

Really great house, you can immediately feel that it has been renovated with heart and soul. By merging several rooms, a bright, large living area has been created, where you can also spend time in bad weather. Beautiful garden, very lovingly and elaborately designed, with many different areas to linger. Also ideal for children as well. The hostess was also always available, very flexible with our check-in and the changing booking days Highly recommended and we hope to come again.

Beautiful large and spacious apartment; very spacious, luxurious, open and cozy ambiance and an inviting atmosphere. Lots of light and cosiness. Very luxuriously furnished; with plenty of utilities available in the kitchen, bathroom. All available appliances and kitchen utensils, dinner cutlery and crockery are brand new and of top quality. The apartment is easy to find and in a very quiet and beautiful area; in the center of Berlin. Within walking distance of AlexanderPlatz. The sleeping accommodation / beds are of excellent quality. We were really very impressed with the spacious layout, the luxury and the clearly caring design of the owners of this beautiful apartment. It is certainly an RBnB I want to go back to immediately, if I have to be in Berlin.

Super quiet location. public transport can be reached quickly on foot. Beautiful and clean apartment. Landlord has always been available and helps where he can. I would book the apartment again anytime.

This is truly an amazing apartment! It is absolutely gorgeous and decorated with each corner being special! Very well equipped and everything works well. The location is wonderful - walkable to many places, nice restaurants and parks and a relaxed neighborhood. On top of the above praise, Noel and Janice are wonderful hosts - communicative, proactive, flexible and go out their way to help in any way. I hope I can come back one day and thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment and thoroughly enjoyed our Berlin vacation. I must say, the apartment felt like home. I’m already looking forward to coming back again in the future. We absolutely recommend Katrin and Ralf's place! The place was very comfortable and cozy and we felt totally comfortable! Everything is well equipped and also the adjoining garden with nice terrace was very well maintained and welcoming. Katrin lovingly prepared the crib for our daughter and numerous drinks (and even alcohol-free sparkling wine) were provided for us in the fridge. The "bun service" on the weekend was also great! A beautiful playground is a 1 minute walk away and the many games, books and DVDs made it not boring even in the evenings. For those who want to combine a visit to Berlin with peace and relaxation, Katrin and Ralf's accommodation is the perfect choice! Thanks for having us!

I really liked my stay at Joe's place. It was a perfect location for me and what I wanted to visit in Berlin as well as being literally next to the Metro.
