Franco is a traditional Dalmatian stone house in the center of the old town of Omis. It was completely renovated between 2014 and 2017, and turned into a small architectural jewel. Renovations were done in cooperation with historical preservation experts to ensure compliance with the original architecture of an old Dalmatian house. Work was performed by an expert architect, who carefully ensured that each detail was authentic in creation of a perfect synthesis of traditional building methods and modern materials. The traditional villa is beautifully located about 700 meters from the sea on a very beautiful mountain with greenery and beautiful sea views - the outdoor pool is located behind the roof on the hill, thus offering a lot of privacy between jungle and sea, feeling a special feature. All 3 apartments with fitted kitchen, shower room and washing machine - the sun terrace on the 2nd floor has an outdoor kitchen. All the amenities are modern with good beds. Parking is available right in front of the house in the private courtyard.
