Modern holiday home with sauna (1899 - The holiday home)

The first floor has a large open kitchen with a cooking island and direct access to the south-facing and covered terrace with a Weber gas grill. The kitchen is perfectly equipped - two induction stoves, one oven with steam and another one with microwave function, two dishwashers, two warming drawers, a Kitchenaid kitchen machine with accessories, various small appliances, baking pans and much more. At this place cooking and baking are fun! The café-bar with a portafilter machine and a lounge area is openly connected to the kitchen and the dining room, where up to 10 people can take a seat at a large table. There is also a cast iron fireplace stove for cozy warmth in the cold season. Opposite the dining room is the living room with a large couch, a TV and a view of the apple tree in the garden. Adjacent to the hallway in the entrance area is a small bathroom. The ground floor is fully equipped with Sonos boxes. An iPad is available to control the music and some Hue lights - Wi-Fi is available throughout the house and can be used free of charge. From the large wooden terrace via an open staircase you can reach the garden as well as the sauna. Adjacent to the outbuilding is another terrace for spending time in the garden. In the shade of large yew trees you can find another seatingarea. Two loungers invite you to relax. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. The „Garden Room“ with a queensize bed has its own bathroom and a chill area in the attic as a retreat with another TV. The „Bismarck Room“ has a kingsize boxspring bed, and the „Railway Room“ has two single sized beds. The two bathrooms are each equipped with a sink, toilet and shower and have skylights for ventilation. The beds are made and a towel set is provided for each guest. To recharge your batteries and do something good for your health, we have installed a sauna with a BI-O sauna heater in our outbuilding. It is also possible to take alternating affusions according to the principle of Pastor Kneipp, in order to stimulate and support the blood circulation - foot baths are also possible. The sauna area can be used as an additional service for a fee to create individual wellness moments.
