The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. Kermikhuset is located 30 km south of Copenhagen, 500 m to beach/forest and 1.9 km to train station. The home is a self-contained apartment of 60 m2 on the first floor, with a lovely secluded south facing roof terrace. The home consists of kitchen, living/dining room, bathroom, 2 bedrooms with linens, the one with double bed and wardrobes and the other slightly smaller with 2 single beds with shared footing ideal for children, or for those who want to wicker toes. Ideal for a romantic getaway or for the young family.

Relax in this cozy cottage, just 300 meters from a fantastic beach. The house has a fenced garden with terraces to the south, east and west. There is also forest nearby as well as Solrød Center with shops and cafes as well as a station with a fast train to Copenhagen. There is a bike route all the way into Copenhagen.
