Maureen and Doug were great hosts! Maureen is extremely responsive to any questions I had while we were there. We brought our 16 month old, she had a blast running around outside in the yard and along the trail they have on their property. And there are some children's toys in the airbnb. The airbnb is located in their basement, we never really heard them upstairs at all. The property is BEAUTIFUL, and all of Doug's KU memorabilia was fun to look at. I would definitely stay here with my family again.

This Airbnb is easily one of the best Airbnbs that we've stayed in and we have stayed in some very neat and unique places. Castles, luxury treehouses, beach houses, mountain and over a river/ waterfall, etc. We have had all kinds of experiences. This neighborhood and home felt safe and clean. Very comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable. I wish we had booked more nights there but it's fully booked for the times we are traveling through.

Really enjoyed my stay. Highly recommend for all. Clean and quiet works for me. The only thing missing was the morning coffee, breakfast, and conversation that I enjoyed at other locations. Amanda doesn’t provide that so there was no surprise or dissatisfaction. I would definitely stay at Amanda’s location again. 😁

We were in Manhattan for a family event and this was a great place to relax and get ready, and it was a cozy and clean space to come home to at the end of the night! Definitely recommend chilling on the porch swing! The outdoor area feels remote and private while being in a neighborhood. Location was also super convenient to get into downtown or over to the nearby Target for groceries! Checkin was also seamless with the easy keypad entry.
