We were a group of six going to a festival and the accommodation was just perfect. The location was good because we could easily get to the city centre by bus, as well as close to the festivals. In addition, the area was really peaceful. The apartment fully matched its description, was clean and was just right for our needs. We received a good introduction to the apartment and its amenities upon arrival. Excellent accommodation and we can recommend it to anyone!

Our stay was successful at the property. The location is great, the horses are pleasant to watch in the yard. The contact with the host went well and we were able to arrange an early check-in easily.

Great place in a quiet area. Good equipment for making your own snacks and you can get to the airport from the destination really easily. Teemu gave good instructions on the property, etc. I give 5/5 points.

I had a truly wonderful stay. The place was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a peaceful stay. The surroundings are calm and perfect for relaxing. The host was kind and responsive, making everything easy from start to finish. I’d love to come back and stay longer next time!

Great house for families with wonderful pool and sauna. Safe and beautiful environment with playground and beach nearby. Shops also accessible. Great vibe sitting outside on the patio in the evenings. Could easily stay another week here!

A wonderful, private, safe, country get away. We loved feeling we were back in our country house of long ago, but knew we weren't alone, our super host was nearby. We got great sleep on the comfy beds, enjoyed beautiful walks, and recharged.

Saara’s place is fantastic. The view is beautiful, the unit is comfortable and cosy and it is easy to get to via public transport. The sauna and pool are amazing! Highly recommend this wonderful apartment.

The one bedroom apartment is bright and spacious. It has all that it takes. The location is excellent, very close to public transportation, two supermarkets are very close, as well as close to a central hospital, so I was able to visit my mother who was hospitalized there, several times a day, with a short walk of just a few minutes. The bed was large and comfortable, fresh linens and towels. Fernando took care of my hair dryer, upon my request. The contact with Fernando was excellent, responded quickly to questions/requests and was available. Slightly noisy from the street below the window. I recommend equipping the apartment with a fan, it was somewhat hot, and a small microwave. I also recommend to guide the guests about the method of operating the elevator, by using the apartment key.

We absolutely loved this place. Everything there made sense. The host was communicative at all times, and gave us great suggestions on where to go. The design of the house is extremely logical and high quality. The location was perfect if you want to be in nature and a little outside of Helsinki but close to everything you need. Renting a car will help but is not absolutely necessary unless you want to visit Nuuksio, where it can be difficult to find return transportation. The area is absolutely beautiful and peaceful. There are apples growing by the sidewalks on the walk from the house to the beach, and the beach is a 15 minute walk. There is a grocery store that is a 5 minute walk away and has all of the food that you would need. The neighbors were friendly and helpful (even the quirky one). Overall, I absolutely loved this place.

The apartment is conveniently located in Kallio, close to the metro station, to the airport bus and tram lines, so you are very mobile in all directions. The area is relatively lively, but the apartment is really quiet - with a view to the back of the yard and parking (no disturbances). The bathroom is really very small, we had to get used to it, but everything is clean and functional. (Our son, who lives in Helsinki, assured us that there are even smaller bathrooms in Helsinki). It worked everything we needed (we didn't use the stove and washing machine). Upon our arrival, the elevator in the house did not go to the floor of the apartment - after reporting to Josetta, she immediately provided a remedy to the caretaker. The communication with Josetta was great. We felt very comfortable in the 12 days we spent in the small apartment - happy to come back!

Joel and Sonja were excellent hosts and their gorgeous, modern and well-equipped apartment was just impeccable with a beautiful view over the Baltic sea, just as advertised on the listing. The neighbourhood is in a calm, chic area of Helsinki, with plenty of water front cafés and restaurants easily accessible on foot, all while being only 15 minutes from the center of the city. Joel and Sonja were both very accommodating and reactive regarding my requests and made me feel right at home in their city. 10/10, highly recommend to anyone thinking of traveling to Helsinki!

Absolutely wonderful destination, peaceful environment and apartment. The property's courtyard is a plus! The host had good pictorial instructions for entry, and he always responded quickly and kindly. I can highly recommend the place, and hopefully we will be able to stay here again soon!

Had a great experience at Sofia’s place. She was very helpful and responsive. I enjoyed the location, ~20 min walk to the city center but there are plenty of shops, restaurants and parks near by. It is also very close to a couple of HSL city bike stations and some convenient bus/tram lines.The place had everything I needed to be comfortable during my stay.

Really friendly and helpful communication from the start. The apartment is in a great location and has everything you need! Plusses for the equipment in the apartment, such as a movable/assembled kitchen table, hair dryer, top coffee maker! If there is anything to improve, there could be a few wine glasses:) Overall, a top host and a wonderful apartment in the heart of Helsinki!

A completely charming, tastefully decorated cottage in a great location. It was great to watch the cruise ships sail by near the cottage. A wonderful warm-hearted granny atmosphere. A warm thank you for these unforgettable days.

Excellent stay in Helsinki in a quiet area but walking distance to everything! Loved my stay at Jamar’s place, he was communicative and the apartment had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
