This cute little studio accommodates nicely two guests! The rooms have high ceilings, and there is a beautiful view of the quiet inner courtyard. You will find plenty of restaurants, galleries, and the seaside within a few block, just 15 minutes from the center. The living room, connects to the open kitchen. The 140 cm wide bed sleeps two. The bathroom has a washing machine. Apart from the kitchen and the bathroom, the apartment has been newly renovated. My parents are my co-hosts. Welcome!

Cozy place in most beautiful and peaceful neighbourhood! 2 blocks from sea & park. Bathroom newly renovated (2024). Scenic 15 min walk to center and tram/ bus/ citybike. Two airy rooms all to yourself. High ceilings and windows. Quiet, harmonic. Well equipped kitchen. King size bed. You won’t find a quieter bedroom! Top fourth floor in Art Nouveau building.
