Waterfront holiday rentals in Helsinki

Nice home, good balcony and sauna make it special. It was comfortable for our stay and the neighbourhood is very quiet. The parking makes it super convenient too. Only issue for us was that there was only one key. For a couple staying that makes it a bit tricky in terms of logistics.

This place is amazing, it is with close proximity to everything you need and the view from there is stunning while it is snowing ! Lari has been really responsive to our needs, thanks !

One of my best Airbnb experiences so far. Everything was really nice, easy and straightforward, Sini has been super responsive and helpful. The apartment is bright and clean, in an excellent location. 10 min walk to the university and 15 min to downtown. I enjoyed the cocktail boat 'the old men and the si' across the street, if you're into cocktails you gotta try those.

Very enthusiastic and prompt landlord, and the apartment is also very warm and suitable for living. The transportation is also very convenient, it only takes about 1 hour to get to the airport, and about 20 minutes to the city center:)

Good, clean apartments, quiet building. Good Wi-Fi. Large balcony – perfect for summer breakfasts. Interesting new neighborhood. Lidl is nearby. A tram stop is close, and it takes 10–12 minutes to reach the city center. Excellent Google Docs instructions on how to find the building entrance.

Modern style home in a beautiful and peaceful location. Great design elements including furniture and floor to ceiling windows. We loved relaxing with the tranquil views and enjoyed time on the lovely covered deck area. It was wonderful to eat outside even when occasionally drizzling and not worry about getting wet. Hosts were very responsive and friendly. We were able to buy all of the food we needed at the tiny market a couple of blocks from the home.

Great house for families with wonderful pool and sauna. Safe and beautiful environment with playground and beach nearby. Shops also accessible. Great vibe sitting outside on the patio in the evenings. Could easily stay another week here!

It was so beautiful. Peaceful and secluded, even next to the neighbors. Views of the lake like a postcard. The lot was a great embankment and a park-like vibe. A big plus the fencing of the property, the dog was able to pass free. We would have loved to stay longer. The villa was spacious and very clean. Nice vibe. Everything worked great. The beach sauna has good steam and a lot to warm up , the lake water wasn't very warm yet. Kristiina gave us good instructions. The location of the Villa was really good for us. There are also other things to do and see nearby. We could come back someday in the future.

We stayed at Matti’s house with our two children and two grandparents, and had a fantastic time. Matti is very friendly and helpful, and responds quickly. The house was both beautiful and practical - the glassed terraces on both floors are very cozy when it rains, and when it was sunny we thoroughly enjoyed the garden and balcony. Our kids especially loved the play house outside, and the rings and swing downstairs. The area is peaceful and right by the water, while only being a couple minutes by car from a large shopping center and 24h supermarket. Korkeasaari zoo and several beaches are also within just a short ride. Highly recommended, would happily stay here again!

We spent a lovely, relaxing weekend with friends at Villa Jade. In the morning, we were able to wake up to the lake scenery with morning coffee. The steam from the lakeside sauna was great and humid, and you could swim from the beach to cool off between sauna bathing. Villa Jade was cozy and pleasantly decorated, even the smallest details were included in the equipment. The space exudes novelty and elegance in material choices. Communication with the host went smoothly, and we got clear instructions for the stay. I can warmly recommend Villa Jade to everyone.

My stay at Mark & Ketta's apartment was wonderful. The apartment is beautiful, nicer than in the photos, it has everything. The apartment is very conveniently located, I was able to get around on foot and also by tram, everything is very close. Kampi shopping mall is an 8-minute walk, 2 minutes by car. Mark & Ketta were very helpful in answering me every time I contacted them. I recommend Mark & Ketta's apartment 100%. I stayed for 1 month, I felt like I was at home. I'll be back in Helsinki and of course I'll give priority to contacting Mark and Ketta first! Thank you very much Mark & Ketta, you are much more than super hosts, above all they are kind people, who did everything possible to make me feel comfortable from the first moment of my arrival. Sirke was a superb host, she was very caring, answered our questions and was very quick with her responses. The apartment is beautiful, well equipped and the view is absolutely amazing! We can sea the see, small islands around and the Uspenski cathedral is also visible from the terrace. There is a lot if light, large windows and modern and stylish furniture. There is good connection to the city centre and also to the airport. Public transport in Helsinki is very good. The apartment is in a newish neighborhood, everything is beautiful around. I highly recommend this apartment!

I totally recommend Salla’s place for a short stay in Helsinki — it’s super easy to get to by foot, metro, or tram.

I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment! I was in Helsinki for a week and I felt at home. The apartment is small and cozy but all you need as a solo traveler. I think it could be nice two people as well. Ville offered to pick me up from the train station which I really appreciated after traveling since very early in the morning. Ville is very kind and gives clear instructions. The apartment is cozy, neat and has everything you need. The bed/couch is comfortable and it’s very convenient to have a washing/drying machine combo + a dishwasher. The balcony is also cozy. I love that the neighborhood is so peaceful and calm. Als a solo female traveler this is a safe place. The small island Mustikkamaa next to this place is perfect for morning walks in the beautiful Finnish nature. The metro station (good connection to city centre) is a 15 minute walk and next to it is a big mall with multiple grocery stores Very convenient. Over all, very good experience, thank you Ville!

We stayed at Salla’s place for five months due to renovations in our apartment, along with our cats, and really enjoyed our stay. The apartment had everything we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen, a great coffee machine, and a fantastic location. The big, comfy bed was perfect for a good night’s sleep. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and comfortable stay!

Beautiful apartment with an even more beautiful view on top of a shopping mall and the metro station so you couldn’t ask for more while wanting to explore well I tell a lie! let’s add in a level 30 outside rooftop into the mix aswell with stunning views day and night! Krista was an amazing host showed me around the apartment very helpful 10/10 all round highly recommended
