2 room newly renovated flat on 4. Floor with lift in the center. Tram no 10 stops behind the corner. The flat is nicely furnished with necessary appliances and wifi. Lots of restaurants, cultural venues, museums and shopping near by. The building was fully renovated from the outside 2022 and the appartment has been redecorated 2023. View from the windows to the park is lovely. Double bed 140cm. Sofa can be used as a bed. Wifi key you will find in the router. Welcome!
