This cute little studio accommodates nicely two guests! The rooms have high ceilings, and there is a beautiful view of the quiet inner courtyard. You will find plenty of restaurants, galleries, and the seaside within a few block, just 15 minutes from the center. The living room, connects to the open kitchen. The 140 cm wide bed sleeps two. The bathroom has a washing machine. Apart from the kitchen and the bathroom, the apartment has been newly renovated. My parents are my co-hosts. Welcome!

In the city of Helsinki, just a 9-minute walk from the train station to the apartment! The apartment has a French balcony. Floor 4. lifi. Fully equipped. The twin beds, which can be used as a double bed and a third person can sleep on the sofa, have a good flat mattress, in addition a loose mattress. (for 4 people) The Mini kichen, big bathroom, drying washing machine. Good transport connections, Kaisaniemi metro station/University is near. Netflix connection, Wifi. Wery quiet place to sleep!

Cozy place in most beautiful and peaceful neighbourhood! 2 blocks from sea & park. Bathroom newly renovated (2024). Scenic 15 min walk to center and tram/ bus/ citybike. Two airy rooms all to yourself. High ceilings and windows. Quiet, harmonic. Well equipped kitchen. King size bed. You won’t find a quieter bedroom! Top fourth floor in Art Nouveau building. Islands, cozy restaurants, design district, boutiques nearby. No elevator. Fast internet. Grocery store 2 min. Happy to help!

The apartment is located literally in the center of Helsinki. Everything you need is nearby: Lot's of trendy bars & restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacy, design & antique shops, galleries, bookstores, you name it. I really enjoyed living in this area.

Bright and cozy, this 25 m² studio is a little gem. You can easily explore the heart of Helsinki on foot or by tram, and you'll be less than 300 meters from the seafront, nestled between the elegant Eiranranta district and the maritime Hernesaari neighborhood, in a peaceful and beautiful setting. Löyly, Basbas, Osteria dei Mancini, Robusto, Lie mi, Cafe Moko, Levain, Cafe Amore... the local restaurants are fantastic. Please note: There is no elevator, but the 40 steps are easy to climb.
