It is an old private house that initially opened as an accommodation facility for almost 100% inbound. Renovation work is being carried out on the semi-open-air bath inside the warehouse and the water area. ■ Healing moss garden ■ There are three moss gardens: the front garden, the middle garden, and the back garden, and well water flows everywhere, flowing between the hand basin, the watering hole, the deer repellent, the stepping stones, and the pot pond, where koi, medaka, tanago, and crayfish live, and a biotope space visited by wild birds. ■ Check-in lounge (cafe/bar space), souvenir corner ■ You can drink authentic cocktails on the first floor of the annex (main building). In front of our house, which is sandwiched between the Hida-Buri Highway that connects the former Toyama and Takayama, there are the Nissho-bu Mingei Kan and the Yoshima residence, which are important cultural properties that show the rich cultural assets of Japan, and this area is designated as a preservation district for traditional buildings. You can enjoy the old town and beautiful scenery while experiencing historic buildings. It is a 2-minute walk to Miyagawa Morning Market and a 5-minute walk to Sakurayama Hachimangu Shrine, the site of the autumn Takayama Festival. The festival stall in this area is called Hōmeita, and it has a variety of decorations such as a palanquin and sculptures (1-minute walk to the stall). A house newly built in September 2022, standing on a cliff with a 340-degree ocean view. All rooms are ocean view and are about 100 square meters. Your usable area is the 2nd floor accommodation and the 3rd floor rooftop BBQ terrace. Each room has a 50-inch or larger TV, and the living room has a 4K projector and large screen for watching movies. There is a barbecue terrace on the rooftop connected from the outside stairs, where you can enjoy sunrises, daytime ocean views, evening sunrises, night views, starry skies, and the moon. Be healed by the scenery of the sea and nature. The rooftop terrace is fully equipped with a toilet, kitchen space, and laundry area. There are 8 electrical outlets, and you can cook using IH. The two bedrooms each have two double beds, accommodating up to 8 people. The sofa in the living room also has space for a single bed. Recommended for couples, families, and 3-generation trips.
