The owner lives on the 3rd floor, and there is also a free handmade breakfast service at the cafe on the 1st floor! From Umeda, it is 2 stops on the JR Loop Line, a 4-minute walk, and there are many convenience stores, cafes, and restaurants in front of the station. Starting from B&B Japanitch, you can access major tourist cities such as Kobe, Kyoto, Nara, and Wakayama on a day trip. Excellent access to USJ in 3 stops!　You can also reach Namba and Tennoji Temple without any transfers. The owner, who loves hospitality, will help you with your "living-like trip".

Parking is available, so you can also come with a rental car. There is a café and a weekend beer garden attached to the house, where you can meet the locals!

Our house is traditional Japanese style house. 150 years old and in a very quiet location. We are renting house. Not shared with other guests. There are 2 bedrooms(Tatami-room) and 1 living room, gameroom, bathroom, shower toilet, all of the room are only for you. *Children is free of charge if your children don't need a bed and break fast. There are air conditioners in bedroom and livingroom.
