The home is approximately a 20-minute drive from Nagano Station on the JR Hokuriko Shinkansen bullet train and Shinano Railway.

There is a small river and a nice old house of Japanese style next to the house .The tool of the barbecue is prepared. （Please bring an ignition agent and charcoal） it's comfortable in summer as the temperature is a few degrees lower than in the city. As of 2024, mobile phones have become much easier to connect to. （no wi-fi） The air conditioner was installed in 2022, but it is only on the first floor.Enjoy the natural air. There is a fan. Firewood isn't available from May as it will be warmer.

I have been receiving all the great reviews from everyone fortunately :-) I am sure you will have a tremendous trip in Atami/Izu/Hakone by staying here!

閑静な別荘地にある築30年のフィンランドログハウス。 別荘地内にあります。良く言えばプライベート感のある立地。 BBQ、屋外では焚火。 BBQグリルは有料で貸出しております 敷地内リフォームしつつ営んでおります。工事中の箇所もありますが施設は快適に過ごせるようになっております。 尚、冬期は暖房費がかかります。 湖畔までは徒歩10分貸自転車あります。 Our guest homes are a finland style loghouse built 30 years ago. We are located in a quiet and relaxing area with lots of wildlife including wild birds, deer and squirrels, bear, badger. We are always open as we update our guest homes. Guest homes include kitchen, bathroom and outside BBQ and fire pit area.

ページをご覧頂きありがとうございます。 こちらは、湖畔エリアにあるガーデン付きのログハウスです。 お家の場所は、洞爺湖の北側、「水の駅」から車で数分の閑静な別荘地にあります。 お家の2階から湖の景色がよく見え、夏期に毎日行われる温泉街の花火も見えます。 一番の魅力は、完全プライベートの広いお庭です。 色々な種類の花、木、果実があり、四季折々の風景をお楽しみ頂けますし、テーブルとイス、アンブレラもありますので、ゆっくりお庭でおくつろぎ頂けます。 すぐ近く（車で１分）のところに町営温泉「いこいの家」があります。洞爺湖の風景と源泉掛流しの温泉を450円でお楽しみ頂けます。 ★ペット（わんちゃんのみ）同伴でご滞在頂けます。 ガーデンは芝生なので、独り占めのドッグランとしてご利用ください。 湖畔まで徒歩７分ほどなので、ゆっくりお散歩にも良い立地です。

2024年7月にデザイナーによるリフォームをした、山中湖から徒歩11分の別荘地にある 「プライベートリゾート 富士」 という一日一組限定の宿です。 延床面積115㎡、3LDK のログハウスを基調とした和モダンデザイン一軒家で、 ２階にあがると、リビングの窓から大きな富士山を望むことができ、富士山をバックに大きなバルコニーでBBQをしたり、木々に囲まれたバレルサウナを満喫した後には、そのまま外の休憩スペースで森林浴をしたりと、していただけます。庭には、大きな焚き火台があり、火を囲んで語らうこともできます。また、庭には高めの柵を設置しているため、愛犬を連れてきても逃げてしまう心配はございません。 部屋には90インチの大型スクリーンがあり、Prime Video、Youtube などが楽しめます。夜には、条件が良ければ満天の星空も見ることができます。
