Holiday rentals with a home theatre in Jamaica

We have been to many air BNB places and this is definitely my favorite so far. Paolo was very accommodating and the place really felt like home. You are right beside the pool yet your patio still feels private with the beautiful plants. The kitchen has everything you will need. I would rate this place a 10/10 for sure! We were here from January 6-12th and we will be back for sure!

Cheryl's property was just as in the pictures. It was very centrally located, near Devon House and other local restaurants and hot spots. Cheryl was always responsive and accommodating. The property had everything I needed for my family, including my 2 young children. The rooms were spacious and equipped with linens and towels. The beds as comfortable. The kitchen has all of the necessary supplies to prepare meals for a small family. The decor is beautiful but also comfortable. The building has 24/7 security and swipe card entry. The roof top pool and facilities where definitely a great added bonus. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

My stay at the Seascape Apartment went better than expected. My cousin and I stayed there for an event and Caronia communicated with us throughout the entire trip, ensuring that we were comfortable and well taken care of. She and her husband were extremely accommodating and even gave us a ride to the event. Caronia went the extra mile to ensure that we had everything we needed. The property is safe and peaceful, with secure parking and a friendly cat. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Gorgeous apartment that’s in the middle of everything. There’s security on the grounds and added security to enter the floor you’re going on since it’s key card accessed. There’s a gym and pool on the roof and you get an amazing view of Kingston. What are you waiting for? Book it now

Just the perfect place to spend time away from home. Was looking for something different for a weekend getaway and Home Sweet Home by host Lorna (and cohost Andrea) was just the perfect spot. From the seamless check-in to the attentiveness of host, it made for an exceptional stay. Location was easy to find, close proximity to Montego Bay airport and other tourist areas. The home had a real cozy feel with a chill patio to hang out and watch the sunset. I had challenges accessing network and cohost quickly walked me through the process to resolve. I would definitely stay here again. Lorna thank you for being a super host!

At this place you really get what you paid for.

My family and I had a wonderful stay. The home is even more beautiful than the pictures. It was peacefully, private and very spacious. The host was very accommodating and flexible. I would certainly stay again.

First off. the Villa was so beautiful as described I had an amazing time most definitely will be booking again secondly the chef Mike cooked us some of the best flavorful food ever if you book the house book the chef as well you won’t be disappointed 10/10 and thirdly the villa host Mike is very helpful cool guy if you need help with anything around the villa to even booking the best tour drivers in town he’ll help 10/10 highly recommend booking your stay here 🥰

Home was very comfy and exactly what is on the photos host is amazing she gets back same day the house has everything you need to make you feel at home this home is the home for your vacation book it if your staying in Portmore or if your traveling to Portmore won’t regret it

Can you say SELF-CARE PARADISE?! Zyani was a one-of-a-kind experience, far beyond what you'd find at a typical resort or Airbnb. The stunning views, peaceful ambiance, and thoughtful activities made for a perfect getaway. I'm quite particular, especially about cleanliness, and Zyani exceeded my expectations in every way. If you follow an ital, alkaline, or vegan diet, the chef will take care of you without needing much direction and the meals are plated so beautifully. Stephanie's suggested itinerary added the perfect balance to my relaxation, leaving me feeling refreshed instead of drained (although I planned to sleep most of the time). My birthday trip was simply unforgettable, and I made lifelong connections with the other guests (though privacy is easy to maintain if desired… we just chose to celebrate VirGOAT season together)! I can’t wait to return and enjoy this incredible destination again. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a unique, revitalizing experience/self-care haven!

excellent apartment, the host always showed up with initiative

This place is exactly as pictured! Everything was lovely and Nashon was extremely communicative and super flexible with us—fixing all of our problems immediately. We had a bachelorette there and had the time of our lives. It was the perfect space and walking distance to Devon House. Some things that are out of his control: 1. There’s construction next door so it’s a little noisy in the day. 2. The road that you turn on for the complex is dirt / full of potholes as it’s still developing, mine mindful of your transportation. 3. One of the two gate girlies is kinda rude.

Kai was an amazing host very fast to respond I stayed at hi home for. Week . The only down side is the bedding but everything else was great . Thank you

Very relaxing with a beautiful view. Nice environment surrounded by a lot of attractions. Communication was great, no regrets.

Kai’s place was as it appeared in the pics. Nicely decorated and clean and also a nice renovation as I am familiar with the older apartments in this complex. Kai was also communicative and helpful in all communications.

This Apt off Waterloo is like Paradise. Central City Location. Close to EVERYTHING. Immaculate!!! Has the look of a dream home. Extremely comfortable, serene, quiet and peaceful. Everything was accessible in the apartment. Nothing was an issue. Just perfect! The amenities are like icing on the cake. Amazing Rooftop view overlooking the city. It’s a wonderful experience. The pool on the roof will take your breath away. Take your pool gears, it’s very inviting! It is spotless clean. Hugh (The Host) is on point with clear and consistent communication. He’s definitely cool. Everything was a breeze. I’m definitely going back!!! It truly felt like home!!!

Jermaine’s place was absolutely beautiful! We enjoyed everything, every amenity and the surroundings. Everything was walking distance and Jermaine was amazing with responding and very friendly! Thank you Jermaine!

Very flexible and accommodating. I was able to book and check in the same day, even though it was a last-minute booking. They communicated well, checked in on me, offered tour options, and were very nice. I highly recommend staying with them. 10/10
